"Now you be good and don't run off."
Beautiful blue eyes glanced up at her owners as they softly dropped Juliet outside the back door. They had installed strange rotating tops on the surrounding fences, but the beautiful willow tree had branches that hung over the fence, allowing her to escape if she wanted. Key word; wanted. The beautiful she-cat had no intentions of leaving her cushy home. She loved her owners and they loved her, and she absolutely adored the attention she got when they brought her to new places filled with cats.
The molly purred as the young one bent over and rubbed behind her ears, then mewed her farewell for the day as they shut the see-through door behind them. Immediately, Juliet padded up to the great willow tree behind her home and climbed its trunk, resting on a branch that overhung the fence line and watching the hustle and bustle of mice, dogs, and other cats below, not that there was much of it this late in the evening. The sun was about to start going down, which meant dogs and mice were crawling in their homes and resting for the night, while cats would be starting to hunt the rats and other small creatures that plagued the town. "A beautiful evening it is," she said simply.

Green eyes glanced around excitedly as the black tom padded along the stone path. Night was approaching, and he deliberately did his best to avoid the monsters and the thunderpath. Something told him to go back to his own home where he would be well fed, given affectionate, and a nice place to sleep. The outside world was a cold place for the smooth pelted tom. As well, he did not know what was expected of him. From his old friends, he heard the stories about feral cats, fighting to the death with each other--but were they actually real? And if they were, where could they be? Romeo had no intentions on finding them. He had every right to avoid them.

The tom slipped through two houses, bounding behind them where he was greeted by a grassy field. He could hear the pleasant songs coming from the crickets, and their annoying chatter of chirps to no end. The tom had stopped for a moment, analyzing his surroundings. He had made it this far, and the Irish green collar that hung around him, made him itch, so he stopped to try and get it off. With all his might he tried to pull the devilish thing off from around his neck, annoyed of it. He didn't need it any longer now that he was a free cat, following his desires.

"Come on!" He groaned, and used his claws to pierce through the collar, hopefully to break it off. However, the tom pulled too hard, and it sent him flying backwards into a fence. The collar was off, torn in two, and he let out a breath, soaking in his victory. "About time." He huffed.

As he was about to continue his new travels, his ears pricked at the sound of s voice. A lovely voice it was. Romeo took a couple steps back, seeing a large willow tree, and though he couldn't make out the outline of a cat, he could definitely scent one. The tom took it to his desires to hop up the fence, leaning his head up to stare into the tree. His eyes landed on a beautiful molly. One that took his breath away at first glance.

"She speaks!" He shouts, hoping that the she cat heard him. "Please, speak again, oh dear angel! Bring music to these lonely ears of mine." He tells her, in somewhat of a trance. To others he might had come off as quick fellow, never giving himself time to experience love, but Romeo always managed to display his affection at first sight. However, it is unknown if he actually dubbed this as love. Perhaps, he loved the idea of being in love.
