“Yeah. My twolegs had that too.” he shook his head. “It’s called an electric collar, I think. It’s tied to this thing called an electric fence. To get it off, just snag it on something. They’re really hard to get off without nearly choking yourself, though.” “I’ll tell lionfur, though. If you can get your collar off though, your free to join.” Hunter meowed @ Bramble12
