Looks: He's a bit short. He wears a baggy dark blue hoodie and jeans. Sometime he goes bare-foot sometimes not. Rowan is very pale while his freckles are barely visible. He has light blue wavy messy hair. His hair is longer than normal, sometimes it makes him look like a girl but don't say it does.. or he will literally hate you.
Personality: He is rebellious and extremely sassy. He is rude and doesn't really seem to care much about his life. Rowan is pretty funny if you aren't the one he decides to annoy. He is a trickster and doesn't play fair. Not being a hero or villain.
