Sparklight of ShadowClan is a lesbian. She thinks there's something wrong with her, and she doesn't realize just how many cats aren't straight. So she hides this by being anti-social, and never interacting with anyone but her kit, Applekit.
So here's the plot idea.
Sparklight sees
[ShadowClan Tom] and starts crushing on him. She thinks that maybe she's straight, and there's nothing wrong with her.
[ShadowClan Tom] notices her drooling over him and starts flirting with her. They begin to grow close, and soon
[ShadowClan Tom] asks her to be his mate. She of course says yes. This is when it starts to turn into a toxic relationship.
[ShadowClan Tom] begins to argue with her that he wants kits, but Sparklight argues that she'd rather serve her Clan as warrior. He says okay, and they live happily ever after. Kidding. He starts manipulating her to do his bidding and soon tries to get her to murder Dawnstar. He soon begins flirting with
[ShadowClan She-cat], but Sparklight is still too deep in love to notice.
[ShadowClan Tom] eventually breaks up with her, leaving Sparklight devastated. She is once more alone, with no one to love.
[SHadowClan She-cat] and
[ShadowClan tom] break up, and the she-cat and Sparklight begin to comfort each other over what both of them thought as the loss of a perfect mate. They become close friends.
