She seemed different from the other cats of the Syndicate. Almost an innocent appearance that made the tom quite attracted to her. Bella was her name. Different from the ones he heard within the Syndicate, yet it was beautiful to him, and he could practically hear the name singing in his head over and over like a soft tune.

Bella also had a humor to her that added the spark. Something that Crimson slightly enjoyed that she didn’t find him completely repulsive. In fact, she had played along with everything he said. It had confused him at first as he wasn’t use to such treatment, but gradually he eased himself into this, allowing a soft, rough purr to escape his maw. It was nice to know she wasn’t uncomfortable around him. At least, he hoped she wasn’t. He was beginning to like this she cat. It could be seen in his faint smile.

‘’You have a sense of humor, I like it.’’ And, he did. Perhaps, he was blunt with it, but he figured she needed to know. She seemed very sweet, naive almost, but also tough and knew how to stand for herself. Many females were like that, but Bella spoke to him in ways that other she cats did not. ‘’It would had been ashamed if I scared you away, but you stayed.’’ And, he was grateful for that. Of course, he enjoyed teasing others, even when his voice had a rough edge to it. ‘’Sometimes it’s hard to make friends in the Syndicate...it’s such a shady place.’’ Crimson figured the she cat would know this. Wasn’t she from the Syndicate? He assumed she was from the syndicate, and that she knew all their sneaky ways. Crimson was tired of all the constant moving, but he done as he was told without a second thought.

Upon her next words, he gave the she cat an odd look at first. He was indifferent towards the words he said. He was more into the type of tone she used. Confidence? Sure of herself? ‘’You seem to appear heartless.’’ It was a joke, but with the seriousness in his tone, it sounded far from one. Syndicate cats didn’t share a lot, and he figured she picked up that trait from the Syndicate. For Crimson, it was a win-lose situation. He would only share if he actually cared, and if he didn’t...then, you were out of luck. ‘’But, that’s alright. A lot of Syndicate cats are like that.’’ He gave off a deep chuckle, finding it amusing.

It was a lot of things this tom found amusing, and the she cat next to him was giving him a good time. One that he haven’t had in a long time. Crimson usually kept to himself. He wasn’t a social butterfly like many others of the Syndicate, and he never really fought to start violence. Truth be told, Crimson would rather stay away from it. Live a normal life of peace instead of longing. Yet, his heart held a longing for something that he could not grasp the feeling of. It was a weird feeling, that he never felt, but it was always there, eating him up. Surely wasn’t guilt, but it was something that made him turn from the inside out.

As she echoed his name, the tom flickered his ears, nodding approvingly. Yes, she knew his name now. One that he did not want to give her, but he did because...it was only fair. Crimson tried to be a fair cat, but as stated before, the Syndicate was such a shady place. Cats hid secrets until the day they died, and even beyond death, secrets would never be told. ‘’Yes, Crimson. Like the color of blood.’’ He licked his jaws, imagining as they would sink into a rabbit’s meat or something. Blood was delicious to the tom. Soaking in the juices of his mouth watering maw was the best part when it came to prey.

At her next words, the tom felt himself become tensed; rigid as his tail lashed behind him in an impatient manner. ‘’Loner territory...huh?’’ So, she wasn’t full blooded Syndicate. That was a problem. See, Crimson did not like cats from different clans or places. Even if he were aggravated at the fact of the Syndicate cats, he was extremely loyal to them. The tom knew he had to think up a plan to leave her before anything between them got too serious. He couldn’t even talk without a grim expression covering his maw. Perhaps, leaving had to be the best thing now because he felt odd that he was bonding with her. Just bid a goodbye, and lie about whatever he needed to do. Yes, that’s what he would do.

So, the tom got up fluffing out his smooth pelt as he stretched his limbs. He glanced at her through the corner of his eyes. ‘’Nice to meet you...Bella...but, I got...training to do.’’ He began to stalk away, he voice ringing in his head. Loner territory? It was disturbing to him, and he knew he was being judgmental--something he couldn’t help, but he did not want to be friends with a cat that was from...Loner territory! Once he did stare back at the Havana brown soaking in her large yellow eyes. She was gorgeous, but after that little response coming from her, all he could see was disturbing matters, so he turned his head away and walked away briskly away from her.

Avoid her every chance.

{Crimson is such a jerk I swear! >.< }
Excitement bubbled in her as she looked at the tom. Maybe, just maybe she had finally found herself a friend! If he had stuck around for this long already, then surely he would be staying longer? She had never been a big fan of socialising and making friends, but she was going to need a few friends if she was going to stay here. Hardly any of the cats that she had come across before had had a friendly aura to them. If she felt that she had a chance with one cat, she would have to make sure they didn’t slip away. Being the reserved and quiet cat that she was, Bella had to embrace every chance she had. Although the thought of it didn’t sound that bad, the fighter knew that living in such a cold, horrid place with no friends would eventually get to her mind and she would probably go crazy from the isolation. Isolation was great for her, but not when it lasted for a lifetime.

Crimson didn’t seem like a bad friend either. He was friendly enough, despite the strange dark aura that surrounded him. He was a charming tom cat and he certainly had the looks. The Havana Brown hadn’t come across many cats like that. He was different from all the other tom cats that she knew and she liked it.

At his words, the she-cat couldn’t help but smile. It was hard to not smile at every word the tom said. “Thank you,” She meowed softly. Receiving a compliment was always a pleasure for the fighter. She was quite a clumsy cat and she wasn’t at the top when it came to physical skills and intelligence levels. Compliments hardly ever came her way and she cherished them much more than the average cat did. “It certainly is,” She agreed, nodding her head. Shady wasn’t quite the word that she herself would’ve used, but it was good enough. Had she said those words, she would’ve used a more descriptive word. She didn’t need to have lived here for all her life to say that this place was worse than ‘shady’. She only needed to spend a few hours here and she could already declare that this place had a treacherous aura to it.

With the tone of voice that he used, Bella couldn’t be sure if he was being serious or not. She had the feeling that he was joking, but at the same time, the words weren’t very nice. Although maybe he was actually joking and that’s why he had said those words. But then again, he could be serious and she would completely embarrass herself if she responded with a joke, (which was what she was assuming it was). “Thanks….I think,” She responded with a blank tone, mumbling the last two words to herself. If he wasn’t going to be clear with whether he was serious or not, then why should she?

Perhaps this place wasn’t as bad as it seemed. Crimson was nice enough, even though he was very intimidating at first sight. Or maybe he was the only nice cat around here. Out of all the cats she’d passed on the way to sit down here, all had been vicious, some more so than others. The golden tom was the nicest cat that she’d met all day, apart from her father. She knew she could trust him to be nice to her, but other than that, this place was pretty much empty of pleasant cats. Maybe she would be one of the few nice cats in this place. She might be reserved and antisocial but she was certainly friendly….sort of. Socialising had never been her thing.

At his next words, Bella had to suppress a shudder from running through her body. Blood? That was nowhere near the response that she had been expecting. It made sense, but it was a bit of a cruel reason in her opinion. But why would his mother have to name him after blood? Why not something else that was red? Like….a squirrel? It was a less dark name, however it wasn’t very frightening. This place consisted of cats with strong and scary names. ‘Squirrel’ wouldn’t really give anyone a fright even if you were a very menacing cat. Maybe it was for the best that he was named after the colour of blood.

The Havana Brown’s eyes widened ever so slightly at the tom’s reaction to her response. Did she say something wrong? She must’ve. Cats didn’t normally react like that unless they were offended. Hopefully she hadn’t offended him. She didn’t know what he might do if he was feeling offended. Her tail twitched nervously and she lowered her gaze from his. “Yeah,” Bella said quietly. Fear etched itself onto her expression as she stared down at her paws. Was he going to hurt her? Wanting to be prepared, she unsheathed her claws and bunched her muscles. If he was going to attack her, she would either roll out of the way or attack him in turn.

Bella relaxed as the tom stood up and started to pad away from her once he finished speaking. “Um….bye?” She said with uncertainty. What had she done? What had she done that was bad enough to make him cut their conversation off? The she-cat replayed the last few words that they’d exchanged and quickly remembered how she’d told him about her previous home. Was it because of that? It must’ve. Well that’s just rude, Bella thought, narrowing her eyes. Was he really going to leave her just because she wasn’t born in the Dusk Syndicate. The thought of it irritated her and she huffed angrily. With her tail lashing behind her, she stood up and padded in the direction of the camp entrance. This time, she didn’t look uneasy when a cat glared at her. Instead, she kept her gaze on the path ahead of her as her eyes blazed with fury.

A bit of a waste of time, but it made the chase all the more while! For her, she liked to get straight to the point, but things such as these? They needed to be built precisely with time. Only time. And, playing games? Usually made time go faster. The she flicked her out-turned ears, bending her head down slightly to take a gander at her chest fur--as if it weren’t clean enough already. Her pelt laid around her like a blanket, glossy to the core and shining around her. It was as if she made her own type of sun, if that were even possible. How her pelt glowed under the sunlight, the moonlight, or even had its own glowing matter--others did not know or understand.

Labrynn was a pretty sweet cat. Secretive to most with her femme fatale ways, and no one ever figured how she got into the Syndicate. Truth be told, the she cat was born here. Albeit a mistake that she never liked to talk about. So, she remained a mystery and focused more on her outer appearance to anchor her potential suitors into her paws. A little sweet words, a small game of chase, lots of affectionate touches, and would win the game. The only hard part was leaving them behind. She didn’t want to stay so long where she figured they were hooked to her. That was not how the she cat worked. Although she didn’t like to play games, there was one thing for sure...she adored winning them.

Labrynn’s leafy eyes trailed back over to him, admiring his build. He was a much larger cat than herself. Probably too large, but that was another thing this she cat liked. She didn’t go for the average cat, but more the bigger ones. The ones that looked muscular for they were as close protection as she can get. Why would she ever want to fight her own battles? That was definitely not a thing for Labrynn to do, though she did like to put in a bit of effort every now and then. As long as it didn’t ruin her pelt or make it lose its touch.

After much admiration, she perked her ears. Getting up to her paws slowly, allowing her pelt to become more flat against her body. She had to admit that he was something else, but it seemed that everything was going good so far. So, she once again walked up to him, letting out a soft singing of purrs as she constantly paced around him in an elegant manner. ‘’Although, I have to admit,’’ She stops, her leaf green eyes searching for his own orbs. ‘’I’m pretty impressed.’’ Didn’t toms enjoy getting complimented? Knowing that they were doing something good, and Labrynn wanted this tom to know what he was doing...it was right, in her eyes.

For a finishing touch, the feline went back to her spot, placed in front of him, but edging herself a little closer before delicately laying herself down on the ground--in the most comfortable and clean manner. She eyed him curiously once more, ‘’A clean pelt, an accent,’’ She purred, ‘’A strong build, defined muscles, and really pretty eyes,’’ it seemed like she was sucking up to him. In a way, she was, which she did with most of her victims. ‘’I’m positive you have a rocking personality that goes with it... the complete package.’’ She finishes, then collapses on her side, rolling over onto her back, so that she was looking up at him with a tilt of her head. A signature move that she had perfected since her trainee days. The little flirt she had always been, but behind that, there was definitely a sweet molly with an innocent appearance. ‘’And, I don’t even know your name, handsome.’’ She half-whispered, making sure to keep her voice laced with sweet seduction, which was really honestly a gift from the above, if she believed in one.

Again, Labrynn knew flirting was never the answer. Especially when it came to toms as they would brush off her motives. For a feline like Labrynn, she had desires, yet unfulfilled because she never seem to find the right victim, but looking at this tom in front of her? He seemed like the perfect specimen that she would enjoy toying around for a bit. Of course, he didn’t believe it would last forever, and that was something Labrynn dreaded, but she wanted him to believe that she was a friend more than a foe. The best way to get on that side would be to act submissive towards him. He looked to be an understanding tom that she could become friends with. Again, she didn’t know this tom, nor his name, and she wondered if he appeared to be a mystery. Labrynn liked mysteries, or perhaps she needed to impress him in order for him to accept her. Labrynn knew she could do that. The only thing she didn’t know was how to approach the idea.

Horseradish chuckled, following her movements with his dark eyes, wondering what she was playing at here. It was unusual for his chosen victim, for that was what she was, his victim, to flirt back, or actually, to make the first move, but the large Maine Coon wasn't going to back down on his decision. Usually, it was he who made the first move, but it didn't bother him, and he knew that he was going to enjoy this for sure, this would be a very good go indeed. Although he did wander how well she would break, if he could find out how to break her. For it was tricky business, what he was planning on doing, just like he'd done before. You never know if a cat will try and kill you or will try and avoid him. He blinked, pulling himself out of his thoughts and giving his shoulder a quick grooming.

Horseradish sat up slowly, flexing his claws in and out, leaving the earth beneath scored with their marks, fine as any claw scratch could be. He stared around the clearing, the place her grown up in, although he honestly didn't quite remember much of his kithood, apart from it being brutal, like most kithoods were in this place: harsh, brutal with constantly a battle of lifeand death situations. Many kits never made it, and only the strongest did. Weak linkshad to be eliminated. A survival of the fittest, and Horseradish had lived, and was definitely not a weak link in the Syndicate, rather, he liked to think that he was one of the stronger cats in it, and he hoped this one day become a guard.

Horseradish's amber gaze wandered over the much smaller molly with a slow laziness that took moons to master, as there was nothing slow laziness or lazy about him. He had to guess what her type was, and try and be that cat, but only if he knew she was around, otherwise, he would be himself. But if one of the many cats he had his eye on was around, then he would try and be the cat of their dreams, until he had gotten what he wanted, and then he would become the cat of their nightmares. That was just how he rolled, and nothing could ever change that. He paused, resting his gaze upon hers, for just a heartbeat, then looking upwards, towards the trees overhead.

He followed her gaze, which was still sizing him up. He knew that most toms would be itching with discomfort, but he wasn't. He felt satisfied, knowing that odds were, he was pulling her in, and he turned his head to watch Ashe circled him, following her every move. Horseradish had to admit, she was quite elegant, not like a lot of the ragged and battered looking Syndicate cats that were the main population around here. Even he had some battle scars, though most were somewhat hidden under his thick mottled pelt. The large fighter acknowledged her words with a smooth dip of his head. “With what?” he purred, his voice a deep rumble.

But worry gnawed at the back of his mind as he gazed at the seemingly sweet molly, wondering if she more alike to him than she was letting on. He stiffened ever so slightly, but relaxed again before it became noticeable, his dark orbs piercing into her light ones. She was a crystal in a pile of rocks, when it came to appearance as far as the cats he was tricking already, and again he wondered why she seemed the way she was. It wasn't really normal for a Syndicate fighter, but then, of all cats, Horseradish should know to go ry and fit everyone into a stereotype. Shrugging off his doubts, Horseradish tilted his head to one side, imitating her somewhat. “Oh? I ’ave an accent?” Horseradish teased, amusement lighting up his gaze. He smiled and fully took in what she was saying, then stood up, peering over her so he was nearly nose to nose with her. “You’re not so bad yourself, beautiful,” he purred, staring into her eyes with a curious and questioning glance.

Now he had an idea of what she was up to, and it would make the chase all the more fun. If he could win her over, then she would fall hard, and his face lit up at the idea, causing his grin to widen slightly, a faint look of joy and anticipation dancing across his features. “I’m surprised. Anyways, it's Horseradish,” he gave the molly a mostly genuine smile, and what was fake was hopefully realistic. Horseradish sat back, pulling his face away from hers and laying himself down beside her with a satisfied grunt. “But,” he went on, “I bet a pretty cat like you ’as a name to match, no?” he said gently, his tail tip curling up slightly.

Horseradish...that was an odd name to the feline. She didn't the reason as to why he was named after such...peculiarness. Yet, because it was odd, Labrynn felt that she might had liked the name. She had met Dusk Syndicate cats with names that were simple. Then again, she always had a hard time remembering “simple” things. She tilted her head as the tom looked down at her, giving her a smile. Something she couldn't help but give a smile back. As he pulled away, her eyes narrowed--only for the slightest moment, wondering why he had pulled away. The she cat felt him sit next to her, and her eyes slid over to look at him for a second.

Hm...he called me pretty? So far, so good. I guess. Labrynn twisted her body for a moment, not really wanting to let go of the feeling of the warm grass underneath her, but she quickly turned over, laying on her stomach, and giving her chest a couple licks. “Hmm...my name would be your love.” She told him, stifling in a laugh, but purring all the while. Oh, how this she cat carried a sense of humor. Even if she was joking around a bit, Labrynn knew her limits. Sometimes she adored pushing boundaries to see how far she could get. She felt that it would be positive since the tom seemed to be interested in her.

Which had to be pretty odd to her, but she didn't object. She soaked in the attention rather desperately, and tried her best to do whatever that would impress him. “The name’s Labrinda, darling. But you can call me Labrynn.” She sat up, bringing her tail to hide her paws. The small feathery-like mane ruffled as she smoothed it out the best she could. The she cat always did her best to look presentable. Especially in...worthy company. “But I can be whatever you want to call me as,” she flicked her ears, and gave off a wink before she got up.

The Syndicate was probably not a place for a Molly that held high demands. More elegance than anything else. But, it was the place she was born in. The place she found so depressing, but the toms were certainly a win! At least, most of them. Labrynn was a user more than anything. Mainly seeking protection because her own fighting abilities were a bit...whack. It was easy for her to use tricks on her victims--mainly the toms who she would flirt with. A little bat of her eyes, and affectionate touches would surely land them off guard. Labrynn was never the one to land ‘crushes’. What was that anyway? Her feelings never really been real, but throwing her head back to give a gentle smile at the tom, the she cat felt something odd in her chest.

But quickly as it came, she buried it down. She didn't know what was it about the tom that made her think he was charming. But, by far, she felt herself dazzled. “So, Horseradish,” she called back, but she didn't dare look at his amber hues. “I think the two of us might share an interesting friendship.” She purred. Interesting, as in spontaneous. She didn't know what might happen or how he was like. So far, she was receiving a positive vibe from the tom that made her like being around him. With a friendship with someone of...quite the muscular appeal, Labrynn knew she had hit the jackpot when it came to this one. She wanted to keep everything positive between them.

Labrynn knew she would be sulking up to the tom in anyway as possible, but this was something that was just starting. And, if she played every move right--perfect time, perfect place. Things would be magnificent. As she stared out into the distance, her eyes becoming cloudy from the thought of the near future. Herself, as elegant as possible with a ruggedly handsome young fighter. She hoped his skills matched in his good looks. Others would wonder why Labrynn was even a fighter within the syndicate. Even though many cats, like herself loved to flirt. It wasn't ordinary. The cats were brutal, harsh, merciless. Labrynn seen it all, and sometimes she allowed herself to take part in painless death but blood and gore was not her thing. It made her stomach weaken.

On the other hand, the molly adored following others. Others that she feel would cause enough havoc and know a way of getting out of it. Wasn't Horseradish a good specimen for such? As long as Labrynn thought, she actually wanted to hold a genuine friendship with this tom. The she cat followed other fighters, analyzing their move, and even going all out to impress them. But, she didn't like them. But she was always the sweetheart, never really going out her way. She rarely fought, using the excuse that her pelt was too “marvelous for such bloody assignments”. Vain, she might have been about, but Labrynn was innocent. At least to others that she meet, and only some cats could see past this act that she was actually a frightened doll that was waiting to be dubbed as a weak link. However, though she knew she didn't have much battle skills, she used manipulation as a move to get whatever she wanted. Driving her victims into insanity because she had that “touch”.

The molly whirled around, staring into the new eyes of her company. Oh, yes the future was definitely bright. And, this made her sickeningly sweet smile brighter. “Is it alright if I call you my friend, Horseradish?” She asked, her voice a little quiet, as if it were a secret that only the two of them could share.

But not at the same time. Bored. No. Just wanted to see what her half-brother was doing. Well.. maybe a little bored. But... not really!
Hearing his half-sister say 'That's so cool!' seemed to immediately brighten up the large fluffy grey trainee, his chest almost seeming to puff out and his grin widening. "I know right? I'm like the coolest cat in the Syndicate now that I'm learning about the herbs, I'll be in control of all the sick cats and only I can put their pain at ease!" In a way it looked as if he were trying to look like some hero, posing proudly with his head and tail held high before he would turn his attention back to Iesha, that grin of his not faltering for a second.
"Equally cool? Pff, as if! No, this is way, way way cooler than any other thing you can be trained in, trust me! The lives of our fellow Syndicate members are in my paws, I mean, come on, what's cooler than that? Nothing!" Shaking his head, he would bat one of his large paws at a blade of grass, it was clear that nothing would be changing his mind on that subject, to him, being a healer was the coolest thing in the world.

"Oh really? Well I mean, the memorizing isn't even the awesome part of my training. The coolest is when I get to help Shadow help other cats, now that is awesome! It's heart pounding, it's thrilling, and when you finish, it's like, the best feeling in the world because you think to yourself 'Wow, I just saved that cat!' and it's really, really awesome. Looking for herbs, that's pretty cool too, actually.. You want to go and help me look for some herbs?"
Icarius' eyes brightened with excitement as he extended the opportunity to his half-sister, the tip of his tail curling as if to add exclamation to the question at hand. It was clear he was excited to be able to show his younger sister how great he could be at finding herbs, and maybe also because he wanted to show her how to too, even if she didn't want to be a healer.

Iesha looked a bit anxious and nervous at the mention of members in his paws. Mother had told her that healers were scorned and the lowest job of the syndicate. Her step mother was a healer, her half-brother was a healer. She didn't think it wasn't a bad job at all. But... what Kamilla said still made her anxious and uneasy about it. "Uhm... my mom..told-" The black and white she cat shuffled her paws, as she spoke. But Icarius didn't seem to hear her. That was fine. So she let it go. Maybe she'd tell him later. She brightened up, she didn't want her brother to worry. Iesha hoped he didn't notice her anxious and nervous expression a few moments ago. That wouldn't be very good if he did. "That's so cool!" She smiled brightly, and hoped up and down as she spoke excitedly, before stopping, ice blue eyes shining with excitement and pride. She wanted to tell him she was a trainee now, but he probably already knew. Which she assumed was why he wanted her to help get some herbs. "Sure!" Iesha grinned gleefully. Since she was now a trainee, she could go out of camp, which was exciting. She hadn't really went out before, so this would be the first time she stepped out of camp. It would be exciting, new, and a whole new adventure. And Iesha was excited for an adventure.

He had to force himself to stand ridgedly, the emotionless look on her features actually making him want to quiver. Secretly, he was actually a little afraid of her, but he was good at hiding such things. Nobody ever knew when Ferox was afraid, an essential skill in the Dusk Syndicate if you wanted to get anywhere socially. He had to be his name in this group, right now especially. The kitten figured she had no experience in fighting due to her age, but she definitely had the aura of being a natural at it. Ferox definitely had experience, he had been training with his brother and father since he could barely walk. However, his skills weren't the best; Cassius seemed to latch onto the skills naturally but for Ferox he had to practice over and over again to be just as good as his brother's first few times of doing a simple move. Of course, he seemed to have weight on his side; being slightly bigger than Ayla even at his young age. Most of his size, however, was his thick dark fur. Beneath it he was actually kind of slim, so maybe his unexpected agileness would come in handy at defense play. The kitten raised his eyes to meet her gaze, masking his face with a look similar to hers. "I'm ready when you are," His voice dropped low with a hint of icyness as he settled into a serious mindset.
(i apologize this is so late zero aaahhh ;w; )

As Ferox decided on defense, a little spring of joy lept from Ayla's heart - of course, it didn't register on the little kitten's face and she barely had any understanding of what it truly meant. Nonetheless, she crouched down though, slowing her breathing and trying to keep her body as still as possible. Unlike most kits, her tail followed suit, and though still sticking up in the air it remained unmoving, like a tree branch extended from a deeply rooted oak tree. I feel like I was born ready... she thought to herself, eyes flashing as she watched her "target". Blood flowed steadily through her veins, and despite the tense situation, every fiber in her body was calm, ready. Each thud of her heart in her chest sounded like a tribal drum, almost as if it was loud enough to set the tone for the scene that was unfolding in a small area off to the side of the main Syndicate clearing - not that any of the fighters or hunters or any cat for that matter was paying them any attention.

The she-cat began to move slowly at first, and to the side, her narrowed gaze never leaving Ferox's crouched form. Her mind was racing with what to do first. Just charge? Come from the side? All the thoughts that weren't expected to be in her heart at this age. Finally, she froze almost immediately, amber eyes like daggers as they bore into the tom's own. A tiny bit of movement before Ayla shot like a bullet across the distance. She rapidly began to close it, moving faster as her tiny paws skimmed the ground. While her form wasn't the best, and her timing could us a little word, the agility and speed with which she moved would surely impress those who were paying attention. At the last moment, the young she-kit lept forwards, claws aimed directly at Ferox's chest. Her eyes were a pool of liquid amber, narrowed almost to slits in concentration as she raced towards her striking point. Her heart began to speed up, the drumming pounding harder and harder against her ribcage as the blood rushed in her ears. I've got him now she thought confidently, her long forepaws almost within reach.

@tawny~
A new day, new fun, new heart wrenching but amazing experiences. Avalanche stepped out of the fighter's den, a bright smile on her face, her fluffy white fur gleaming in the morning sun. The young feline was ready for the new day, she had gotten an amazing amount of sleep and was fully rested. She stet he'd out her limbs, her long, feathery tail swishing gently in the air behind her. Ava knew what she wanted to do today. Gave some fun. That topic was broad, but that's what she always wanted to do. And that's what she always did. Was have fun. Even while performing her fighting duties, Avalanche always had an excellent time. She was glad that she was a cat that found life exciting. Avalanche knew some cats in her life who were ready to kill on sight, or who were grumps and just thought about everything with a negative cloak over their eyes. But oh no, not Avalanche. If she weren't such a heartbreaker and player, she's what you would call free-spirited and worry-free. Well, Avalanche was worry-free. But she wasn't that nice. In her eyes, her amazingly beautiful chocolate brown ones, she saw herself as the kindest cat you could meet. But most cats would think differently. So what though? Avalanche would not and does not care.

@RedHead
Heolstar let out a small yawn, as he paused from grooming his fur. A calm expression was shone across his leaf green eyes. The was a rather pleasant day, but really, for the bengal tabby, a storm was raging inside. Half of him felt empty. Maybe because, he had amnesia. But to be honest, he was used to the emptiness of memories. It didn't matter, nor did he care. He would make new memories. The old ones, were of a life, he had forgotten. And some of the memories returning weren't. Helping. It just irritated him further. He wanted to forget them, not regain them. Oh well, no need to worry about that nonsense. The tabby thought, and Heolstar continued to groom his fur, in smooth, graceful strokes. This calmed him down a bit. Maybe more. His ears twitched as he relaxed, pondering on what to do. Flirt? Maybe. Go out and stare at SkyClan and maybe pick a fight? Perhaps. Insult a hunter? Nah. He let out an annoyed sigh. Some of the options sounded boring, and some part of him would rather not attack SkyClan Cats. Why? Heolstar had no idea, nor did he want to find out all that much. Flirting sounded like a great idea. He was a flirty tom cat, so of course he would flirt with some she cats.

Despite how proud and certain that Icarius could be, it didn't mean that he was blind nor stupid. He knew that they weren't treated right, he had seen it with his own two eyes and knew he would feel the scorn and anger of his father even if he was dead and walking the Dark Forest only to visit in his dreams. It's just that it didn't phase him. He was a strong cat and if he wanted to do this with his life, there was nothing that was going to stop him. He wanted to help cats, and he wanted to be the best at what he was doing because he knew he had the potential of just that. While his pride may turn into arrogance that can get him hurt one day, Icarius did have a true heart inside of him and did care for other cats well being, it suited him more than fighting ever would. He wouldn't admit it, but he was a pretty clumsy tom and would likely end up hurting himself before he ever ended up landing a hit on some other cat.
He hadn't missed what his half-sister was about to say, he simply chose not to respond to it. There was no reason to, he knew what she was going to say, but there was no reason to continue on with it. Maybe let her believe that he hadn't heard her, he didn't want her thinking that she had gone and hurt his feelings because for Icarius, it was hardly possible to do so. He had very thick skin and what seemed to be a hide made of duck feathers for every harsh word that was thrown at him, every scornful, hateful gaze, simply rolled off of him like water on a duck's back. Icarius may be a kit, but he is strong, stronger than many might think.
"Yes, yes it's very cool!" Agreed the long-furred young-tom before waiting to hear if she'd like to come along and look for herbs.
"Come on, let's go, I know the perfect place, trust me, there's always herbs there! I can teach you the smell, how they look and all that good stuff, come on!"
With excitement fully coursing through him, the young-tom went bounding for the camp entrance, his tail raised high, he stumbled a few times but managed not to fall, his head looking over his shoulder for his sister, looking to see if she was following.

Ferox watched Ayla with a, surprisingly, cool gaze; his pale eyes not leaving the she-kit for even one second at first. The tom kit naturally began to try to figure out her strategy of attack, knowing body language well even after just 4 moons of living. This skill would come in handy for whatever trouble he got himself into in the future. Even if he didn't know Ayla well enough yet to know exactly what she was thinking, he could still already read her somewhat well. However, he figured that because of her lack of knowledge of fighting, especially dirty fighting, that she'd come at him straight on. So, he braced himself, and when the she-kit froze with their gazes locked, he knew she was about to pounce.

He had no idea if she would see it, but the tiniest smirk marked his maw as she came straight at him, just as he had thought. However, her agility surprised him, she moved way quicker than he had first thought, and had to change his plans in a split second. The tom wouldn't be able to move out of the way in time, he would have to take the impact. But, in the split second before the she-kit hit him, he used one paw to scoop a pawful of sand and toss it in the direction of Ayla's face, hoping it would hinder her sight and allow him a bit of an advantage while they wrestled on the ground. The tom felt only a tiny bit guilt for playing dirty, but knew that she would learn that that was how you did things in the Dusk Syndicate.
