Forestbird yawned as she walked out of the warriors den. Her bright forest green eyes looked around the clearing..maybe she was looking for Rabbitfoot...or maybe she wasn't.. Her heart thumped happily in her chest at the thought of Rabbitfoot.

Milkweed was backed up against a tree truck, nowhere to run. Her daughter, Boa was crouched down in the tree trunk's base. Her soft brown eyes widen. Milkweed had scratches on her pelt here and there, she hissed as two foxes growled and padded up to her. "Get away!" she screeched as she shoved her daughter deeper into the tree trunk base. "Please...Help." she whispered as her amber eyes widen.

Rabbitfoot looked around the clearing, spotting Forestbird leaving the den. The corners of his maw twitched upward as he saw her, a soft purr rumbling in his chest. "Hey, Forestbird! Would you like to go on a patrol with us? We need all the warriors we can get!"

Milkweed felt claws crake her cheek as she flew across the ground, skidding to a halt on her side. Milkweed whimpered in pain as she stood up, she turned and saw the fox after her daughter. "No!" she screamed as she ran at the fox, pushing him out of the way of her daughter.

Fledge let out a yawn as he prowled the forest. His yellow eyes flickered as he looked for prey. After a while of searching, he began to hear yowling and snarling and he glanced up from his search. Someone is in trouble! he thought before running towards the sounds. As he turned around a tree, he saw the two foxes, as well as Milkweed and Boa.
"Hey you mangy pieces of foxdung, leave them alone!" The tom yowled as he darted towards the foxes, leaping onto the one's back that was targeting Boa and tore at it with his hindquarters. The fox thrashed angerly under him as he bit and scratched it. The other fox, now distracted from Milkweed and Boa, launched itself at Fledge making him give out a loud yowl as it bit into his forearm.
