Dogflame stands up, wincing loudly at the fast action. "Why don't we go walk in the territory? Maybe that'll help" the tom suggested.

Dogflame limped out of the den, not caring if he wasn't allowed out because he got attacked last night.

Was he worried about the prey? "Um. We didn't eat them! We buried them to save them! That's what! So NO WORRIES!" Well, that cleared that up.

"Oh...Do you have hearing problems? I can't sleep well! I didn't tell you that! I think everyone likes me! Right? I'm happy-noisy! Which is good! Like...a horn! YAY!" Echopaw was running in circles around the den, smiling.

But there was also the one den that didn't smell like many, many cats. That only had one strong cat scent and the others were passing, stale scents.
"The den that smells like only one cat lives in it! If they're alone, they much want some company, right?"

Eelkit nodded in agreement. But then pointed towards the den with many cats inside it. "I think... there is only one cat in there! I can only smell one! So.. they must be lonely too won't they?" That made a lot of sense to Eelkit and the black tabby tom was determined to go in there now. Maybe did ma live in there when she didn't live in the nursery? He hoped so! So scampering around with Halfkit the tom made his way inside and awed. It was! MASSIVE! "looook how big it is! and all these nests! and these nests are massive." Were they allowed to play in here? Probably! Why else would they have access to it. Spotting the lonely cat who seemed a very large cat he scampered over. "HI I'm Eelkit! and this is Halfkit. Halfkit experienced bleeding."

Whistlebreeze folded her paws under her chest, laying in a soft nest of feathers and moss. Her ears were flattened against her head, her body curled up. She blinked, hoping to gain some company, someone she could talk to.

"Priorities are what you feel are more important. Yes, she had a second apprentice. I suppose parents should love their children just because, but that's not always what happens."
Cricketchirp did his best to ignore her running around in circles. Someone needed to take this apprentice on walks to stamp out her energy.

A grumble of annoyance left his lips. His eyes fluttered open, and he turned his head to blink blearily at Snowfern. A scowl was settling itself over his features, but it stopped when his singular green eye caught hers.

Immediately his expression softened and he sat up, flicking a bit of moss off of his ear. "Yeah, sure, of course. What do you need?"

Snowfern almost went to leave when she heard the grumble. Of course he would have that sort of attitude. Well, he was kind of known for being a bit irritable. But, when she saw his expression, she held back a sigh of relief. Maybe he was in a caring mood after all. She sat down in front of him and swept her tail around her paws, almost completely hiding them in all the fur. The white she-cat opened her mouth to respond, but no sound came out.

She tried a second time, and the word just seemed to fly out of her, like a waterfall tumbling down the side of a cliff. "Well, I was wondering how you got used to...you know- being half blind. I'm still having a bit of trouble with balance and things like hunting and fighting. Do you have any tips or advice?" she quietly asked, a slightly stressed look on her face. After she finished speaking, her jaws snapped shut with a 'clack', and she focused her gaze on him, trying her best not to seem...whiny? Needy? Eh, one of the two.

Even if it was something stupidly simple or obvious, anything would help. She knew that just because she might get a pointer or two wouldn't automatically mean that she would be able to go around like a completely normal cat, but she wanted to get to that point as soon as possible.
