"Sweetie," he meowed softly, and nuzzled her, "if you need to sleep then sleep, I do that plenty myself now there's no way I'll halt you from doing it." He slowly began to lick along her spine, working his way to behind her ears in a manner he hoped would help her relax and doze off to sleep.

Blazingnight gave off a softer purr of thanks, changing its pace and strength as she began to let the darkness overtake her again. His grooming soother her and she felt like a kit herself, falling asleep under the gentle touch. He was probably the only thing that kept her pelt nice at this stage, she couldn't reach a lot of places with her tummy in the way. It wasn't long before she had ceased purring and sleep had overcome her.

Now, if Swiftfang had been a normal warrior, like most in his clan, he'd race over towards Burrpaw. He'd sprint faster than the wind and yowl out as if he'd been in pain himself. He'd curse the tree and his mighty strength that caused this accident, and bring Burrpaw to the medicine cat den for some herbs and rest until he was fully healed.

Nonetheless, Swiftfang was not the average warrior. He shook his head and rolled his eyes when the apprentice went soaring in the air- he had pushed too hard, but the apprentice needed a challenge anyways. And when Burrpaw hit the tree, Swiftfang wanted to laugh at the poor sight, but refrained from doing so. It was quite funny, actually; a little furball soaring and hitting the tree with a thud, losing all of its energy and falling to the ground. He didn't have more remorse for Burrpaw than he would a squirrel.

Swift was happily surprised when Burrpaw padded over towards him. He'd almost thought that he'd stay at the bottom of the tree trunk, begging for mercy or something useless like that. The apprentice's paw looked a bit injured, but the warrior took little notice of this. "Mmm."

[Casual Scribbles]

Burrpaw stopped in front of Swiftfang and attempted to stand on all four paws, but hissed and picked his right paw up almost as soon as it hit the ground. He licked it gingerly and looked up at his mentor.

Crowkit, Adderkit, and Thrushkit stated. "She's weak, a runt." Adderkit said. "Whatever. Lets go outside." Crowkit said. Adderkit and Thrushkit followed Crowkit's command. "Thanks." Shadekit said, sniffling. "You didn't have to do that though..."

Maplefall glared at the three kits as they strutted off, she then faced Shadekit with a soft smile on her face,
"Don't say that, your greater then all of them put together, yes they may be stronger, popular and larger. But they lack a key trait that all great cats have; kindness. All good leaders who have lead their clan through hardships and made their clans stronger was because they cared. They nurtured their clan and because of your great personality you would be a great clan leader."

(Sorry for walls of text.)

Shadekit was staring in wonder at Maplefall. "You really think I'll be leader?" she said wistfully.

"I can't see the future, but you have more chance of being a leader than those fools, even if they were all senior warriors." Maplefall hissed the last words spitefully as her misty green eyes rested on the three bully's.

She looked at her littermates. "They're mean..." she said. "They bully me and disclude me from everything...even games and exploring."

Moonkit looked around, hiding behind Moonfang. "Who are you hiding from, Moonkit?" she asked.
"My sister..." Moonkit whispered back. Sapphirekit giggled as he looked around as well.
