They're a bit more springy, and a bit more slippery, so it's harder to hold on.

Stempaw gave a nod before attempting the next frog, she crept silently after it about to pounce as it jumped. It went into the water, but she didn’t quit she followed into the water managing to pounce on it, shoving it under the water pinning it, reaching in while still underwater she bit it’s neck before coming up gasping for breath with the frog in her mouth.

Good job! Doeflame mewed, impressed by Stempaw's persistence. She certainly wouldn't have plunged into the ditch! Good persistence, that will be useful in all kinds of hunting. she voiced her thoughts out loud.

Well, when you have prey no one cares what you look like. Doeflame mewed, feeling a bit tired. Do you want to head back to camp now? she asked, thinking they already had lots of prey.

I'm ready. Doeflame mewed, and started padding back to camp, picking up the frogs and leaving Stempaw to bring her other prey. And if you don't sleep well, you won't be able to train as well tommorow.
