Frostcoat looked at his apprentice with confusion. This wasn't something he had taught her. The old tom tried to keep in a cough, hoping not to disturb his apprentice. Cherrypaw was obviously concentrating, and Frostcoat hoped not to have that stop. Frostcoat sat down, wondering what Cherrypaw intended to do next, watching her through narrowed eyes.,

Blaze watched as the other apprentice concentrated on the prey that she was going to catch. He kept silent while holding his catch in his mouth, seeing the older tom looked confused for her. He sat down as well to watch, keeping himself still as to not create any noises. He wondered if she was taught this by her mentor, which would give her better chances at catching the prey than just going off of something some other cat did.

Thornstar sat on the hightree watching his clan. He sighed and jumped down, starting to walk over to his den. His pelt shimmered in the sunlight. He remembered when his father, the old leader, died because of the sickness that spreads through out the clan. He sighed and sat outside his den, his head down looking at his paws

RosePelt padded through the Camp, her dove white fur sparkling in the sunlight. Her violet gaze scanned around her, and she noticed ThornStar. She padded over to him.

"Why, hello, ThornStar," she meowed, purring and sweeping her tail from side to side in a friendly way.

He nodded "I am, sadly." He continued looking at his paws and then sighed. He was a young leader after all.

RosePelt purred. "Well, I am your friend now. I hope we hang out a lot in the future." She wrapped her tail around his back, purring.

He nodded and smiled. I have had a crush on her. Why don't I just ask her now... he gulped and said "can I ask you something real quick?"
