Dovetalon nodded. "Lead the way.", he purred. The tom smiled. "When we get back to camp I want you to get ready to live in the nursery until the kits are older.", he meowed. Dovetalon didn't want to see anything happen to his mate or their kits.

"Well I think you should. Anything could happen.", he replied, the smile leaving his face. He didn't like the fact that she might endanger their kits. "I don't want anything to happen to you.", he meowed.

"Nothing will happen to me." She said flicking her tail back and fourth. She got down into her hunters crouch and as she saw a mouse she pounced and caught it.

Dovetalon let out a silent growl at her stubbornness. "How do you know? There's so much danger and I don't want you to get hurt.", he meowed. He looked down at his paralyzed leg and remembered the day of the battle between Riverclan and Windclan.

“If there was a battle I would stay in the camp but I don’t know about the nursery.” She said getting frustrated.

Dovetalon got so frustuarated he just walked away. He needed to clear his head and he couldn't with a stubborn cat arguing with him. 'Is it normal to fight like this? It's bad enough I might have to retire to the elders den sooner than most cats.', he thought.

Nightsky saw her mate walk away and suddly she felt really bad for fighting with him she didn’t like it. She thought about following him but she decided to let him go and clear his head because she thought he would want to do that and so she just sat there looking down at her paws.
