The long-furred apprentice padded a long way after his clan and leader, a smile dancing over his face and a low humming coming from him. He had never been too interested in politics and the on-goings in the clans; as long as his - in Riverclan or otherwise - family were safe he was happy. So of course he always preferred to only have there be peaceful and friendly interactions between the four clans. But since he didn't care too much, he also didn't listen a whole lot to what the leaders were saying, and simply took a seat at the corner of the gathering place to enjoy the night.

His gaze rose to look at the stars shining above the Seastones, accompanied by the brilliantly shimmering full moon. Slumberpaw had been on gatherings before, and they always seemed pleasant enough. It was mainly fighting or bad weather that ruined the mood, and Starclan had blessed them with a clear sky and crisp air this night. Now he just had to place faith in everyone else to keep the peace.

"Very pretty tonight, eh?" WillowHeart said looking at her nephew "You must be SlumberPaw! I'm WillowHeart, your Aunt!"

Someone approached him, and Slumberpaw turned towards the, expecting to see another apprentice looking for a new friend or just some company, but a mild look of surprise came over his face as he recognized the warrior. Willowheart? Yes, yes, Slumberpaw remembered. He smiled and nodded to his aunt. "Yes, pretty tonight!" He replied eagerly while glancing up a the sky. There was something about the stars that he had always found pretty, especially the way they reflexed in the pond during a clear night.

He turned back to his aunt. "Hmmm, how are things in Shadowclan?" He knew he had a large family, both in Riverclan and outside of it, and was a little curious to hear about how they were living over there, if they were alright and all.

"Everything is going good!" She meowed "You have 4 cousins! Not blood but they're still family!" She purred

Another smile came over the long-furred apprentice's face as he heard that they didn't seem to be any trouble in Shadowclan. His family was well then! But he got a bit confused when Willowheart mentioned that he had four cousins. Four? "There are actually a lot more than four-" He explained, but his aunt wasn't done, and Slumberpaw's ears burned with slight embarrassment. Oops, slight misunderstanding. He agreed with what she said about family not needing to be blood-related, but was still a little confused. Not blood-related, sooo... "You adopted kits?" He tried to guess what she was meaning again, even if his last assumption had been wrong.

"Yes!" She said "Actually i'm planning to adopt 6 more! Their names are MossKit, HailKit, Sootkit and WillowKit! Oh and there's also BatPaw!"

"Ooh! Blackbirds! They're so... hardcore for lack of better wording, though I don't mind me a vole or a lizard. Basically, I'll eat anything in front of me if I'm hungry enough. My turn", they paused thinking hard,"Who was your first crush?". They grinned, doubting that he'd actually tell them, still'd be funny though.

He kept that in mind, one day he'd try to get a blackbird for them. "First crush?" He echoed, thinking for a minute. "Never.. had one really. Have you?" Yeah it was kinda sad he hadn't had his first crush, but, every cat had been busy with there own things. As an apprentice he mainly kit-sit so there wasn't really any chance to.

He grinned at Fogshadow. "Guess that just means whoever my first crush is, is my soulmate." It was mainly a joke, although a small part of him belived it to some intent. "Looks like you have a million soulmates." He bumped them with his shoulder playfully.
