Yes, she's accepted.
However, I don't think she can have a ceremony. She'll have to start out as an apprentice who has already had her ceremony I guess

Yes, I know what you meant.
And I meant that she can't have her apprentice ceremony roleplayed, but you can start role-playing her as an apprentice who has already had her ceremony.
