Shadow follows him, before spotting a rabbit not far off. She crouches and stalk silently through the undergrowth, before getting within striking range, she launches at the rabbit, but misses, the rabbit darts off, Shadow chasing after it. After a long chase, Shadow finally manages to punch on the rabbit, killing it with a quick bit to the neck. She sits next to her kill, out of breath.

Hawk padded up to her eyes shinning with amusement,"there is a simpler way of hunting a rabbit",he said and flicked his tail to a rabbit that a little further up wind,so the rabbits scent was blowing towards them."here's what you do,you circle around so your scent is hitting the rabbit and it smells you,it should run away,but don't try to catch it just chase it to me,I will do the rest",hawk said creeping away out of sight.

Shadow decides to go along with it. She knew of that way, but she's been on her own for so long, it never occurred to her to ask or expect help. She does as Hawk said, and chases the rabbit towards him, hoping he can catch it.
