Chivepaw was very excited and early touched noses but a bit to hard and accidentally headbutted him mentor. “Oh my goodness I’m so sorry Amberglow!”, he meowed slightly embarrassed, hoping he had not offended her.

Podlight have him a sad smile, "Well, she died long before you were born. She was amazing" she gave a wistful sigh and leaned back into her nest. She missed her mother so much, it was painful.

I never had a mother. he looked at the ground. I was told that I was dropped off her by my rouge parents. he sighed. That’s all I know. @Mumble

Podlight frowned, "oh, you poor thing!" she cooed, looking down at him in pity. That must be awful! She couldn't even imagine what it must be like to grow up with no parents. Suddenly, she thought of an idea, "littlekit, what if I adopted you?" she asked, smiling widely.

Amberglow let out a little chuckle. "You're fine, it's no big deal." The warrior paused for a moment before continuing, "Now that the meeting is over, would you like me to take you on your territory tour now?"

He stared at her eyes wide jaw open. He was about to cry from happiness. He leaped up and curled up next to Podlight. Then he did shed a few tears and shook his head. @Mumble

Podlight beamed and wrapped her fluffy tail around him without hesitation, "I'll take good care of you, I promise" she murmured, resting her muzzle gently on his head. This was awesome! Now she could be able to take care of some one!

He started purring for the first time like, ever when her tail wrapped around him. Everyone in the nursery could probably hear him purring. @Mumble

Lionpaw paused to think about that before answering, "I... don't know? I don't really mind as long as we're hunting. Why don't you choose?" His mentor hadn't taken him on a tour of the territory yet, so he couldn't exactly name a specific location. He was hoping that Fleetwind didn't mind, and maybe the warrior could also give him tips on using the environment. Lionpaw was already a pretty could hunter if he said so himself, but his unfamiliarity with ThunderClan's layout wasn't on his side.
