"I... okay," Lionpaw said, unsure of how to react to the warrior's words. They seemed... friendly? Approachable enough, at least. "You mentioned that you've only been here for a moon," Lionpaw started as he turned back to Ivorypaw. "If you don't mind me asking, where were you before that?" The golden tom was curious. Did clans take in outsiders frequently?

Ivorypaw gave a small smile,” I was originally a kittypet actually.” she meowed a bit sheepishly, she knew that there was a bad stigma towards kittypets.

Shadowsight continued watching the apprentices with affection. She remembered when she was a loner that young. She closed her eyes and went to sleep. @bmkmb

The Tortoiseshell was sprawled out in the clearing, he was irritated, and he hadn't seen a lick of his mentor in...well in a while. Last time he'd even talked to Cedarstream she was talking down to him...assuming he had no clue how to do anything. Just because he was new to the clan didn't mean he was new to life itself.

Just thinking about it irritated Blazingpaw, letting out an irritated gurgle he rolled over onto his side, facing away from the Clearing.

Ivorypaw paused,” I was happy with it, until my littermates were shoved in a vine box and my mother told me to run to the forest. I was found in Thunderclan territory. I don’t know what was dangerous about the vine box, but I don’t mind living here, and I really like my new father.” she meowed referring to Ravenspirit.

Lionpaw took in the other apprentice's words with a thoughtful nod. He didn't know what a vine box was, and his previous life hadn't been very eventful. Scratch that, being attacked by rogues literally every other day and not knowing his place in life had been eventful, but not something he exactly wanted to share. "What do you think is the best thing about clan life?" the golden tom inquired.
