Joe blinked. "Wow. You must have been really stuck." He did agree, however, that a couch was a nice place to hide. He had been under his a couple of times. Now, after hearing his brother's story, he would probably find a better spot to get away.

"Yeah, my housefolk have way too much stuff jammed in their for me to fit," Joe commented. "Plus, they all stink of garlic, for some reason."

Galahad sniffed. "Weird. Maybe you could try under the beds?" His housefolk haven't found or reached that hiding spot yet.

"I suppose." Joe tipped his head to the side. "Sometimes I like the sheets on top of them. You can really bury down under them. The problem with the bed is that they never really clean under there."

Joe nodded quickly. "I know what you mean. One moment, it's just standing there, and the next, it's tearing around the house. My friend, Bertie, has a dog like that. It's really unpredictable."

"Dogs are weird creatures," Joe remarked. Frankly, that was all you could say about them. They chased after everything that moved and ran around for no reason.
