Wasptail flicked her russet tail at Firestream’s back “You missed a spot.”
Firestream scoffed "I thought you were deaf" her voice still curt and her dark blue eyes still not looking at her sister "And no I didn't" she retorted rudely.
Nightgaze sighed loudly she was so bored and there were so many Shadowclanners she hated it! Growling quietly the small black she-cat rose to her paws and padded quickly to the farthest and darkness point of the clearing avoiding every cat and sat down sulking angrily.
Rufflepaw was late but he still showed up to this so-called gathering that others talked about back at home. He also decided that since his mentor was here that he would be here too! So far it looked like all the clans were here but Riverclan, still gagged at the smell of fish. He glanced around at all the cats that had gathered so far and none of them looked cool or tough, at least in his eyes. Especially looking at the thunderclanners here, they looked like a twig-looking squirrel. Something that they could be crushed beneath him if he probably tried to sit on one of them. Psh, once he learned a few good battle moves it was going to be over for whatever cat decided to pick a fight with him. For now the ginger tom too a seat in the next open spot he could find and see what happens around gatherings.

Sparrowfur smiles softly, recalling her Gatherings as an apprentice. So many cats in one place, it freaked her out a bit. But then she got to talking to the rest of the apprentices.. and Starclan knows how much she likes to talk.
"Have you gotten a chance to speak to the other apprentices yet?" She spoke over the noise.

"No...I was too nervous..." She said timidly.

LATE!! Lichenpaw could not believe that she was LATE!! And to her first gathering no less!! She had nearly slipped on the sand once she skidded into the clearing, almost tumbling right over her paws and landing flat on her face, gaining a mouthful of that yucky sand in the process - BLEGH!! Luckily she managed not to in the end, righting herself rather precariously on only her front two paws before shaking her fur out and laughing at herself. It wasn't that she was clumsy, not exactly, she was just... over eager. Still, dramatic (and slightly late) entrance aside, the young calico joined the rest of her clan with a smile, sitting more on the edge so she could peer over at the cats from the other clans. It didn't smell like there were four clans here yet. She hadn't exactly toured the borders yet, but that wasn't a huge deal when picking out clan scents; sniffing the air she caught WindClan's own heathery and grassy scent and smiled, she could also pick some grosser smells that almost felt heavier in her mouth, but neither of them carried the clarity of water so it had to be ShadowClan and ThunderClan.
Proud of her deduction skill, the apprentice sat down and looked around some more, tail thumping the sand happily, excited to see so many cats around, though she had to turn her head a lot to get the whole picture, her blind spot providing a slightly blurry image on her right side. Up ahead somewhere was Sleethound, her mentor, should she go over and say hi? Hmmmmm... maybe, but she wanted to take in more of the clearing first, maybe talk to some cats from other clans! Despite the terrible smell, the conversation definitely had to be interesting!

SourPaw started padding over but then stopped. Her thoughts started flooding but she shoved them away.
"Hi! I'm SourPaw! What's your name?" She asked, excited.

Late for the first time ever Sunsetslash was late, he padded into the clearing and he wasn't used to being late sure he didn't want to be late but he was after all it was his first gathering since he became a warrior, he wasn't going to come but he did as he changed his mind so he sat down seeing many cats his anxiety kicking in a small bit

A deep navy blue bisexual she with star-like spots and brown fade on her legs, ears, and tail with a tendency to switch moods quickly.
Starrylight flicked her tail, quite bored and quite lonely. She was pretty sure that her friend, Drippingpelt was back at camp so she might as well start talking to others. Hmm, who would be a potential friend? insert name is ok but their a little mean sometimes. SunsetSlash, seems nice enough, younger warrior but that's ok.
``Hi SunsetSlash!`` She mewed, calling him over, ``Im Starrylight of Shadowclan, you must be Thunderclan! You smell of mice and birds, not that that's a bad thing... heh``
Sunsetslash padded over to her and meowed clearly a bit nervous "O-oh hi it's nice to m-meet you Starrylight and you are r-right I am from Thunderclan usually I smell like Lavender, Sunflowers and another flower I don't remember the name of."

There was another apprentice talking to her? How exciting! She didn't even need to seek anyone out herself if they would all just come to her!! From the smell of the cat - and the fact that that she'd never seen her in WindClan before - she had to be from one of the other two here, but which one? Sourpaw didn't smell like dead things though, a smell she'd often heard used to describe ShadowClan, dead things and rats, so she must be ThunderClan! 'Oh yeah, Lichenpaw, you're a fantastic detective!' She thought happily.
"Hi!" She greeted the other apprentice back, "I'm Lichenpaw! Is this your first gathering? It's mine! I'm so excited!"

I am going to my first gathering. The excitement he felt at this notion, plus the strong tang of the wild garlic he had rubbed into his fur once he had learned he was going, helped to keep his mind in the present, because it would be embarrassing if he started to stare at the sky, or the treetops or something mid-conversation, and he didn’t want to get embarrassed in front of his new friends. Friends? Could he call them that? Was he allowed to? They would in different clans after all, and no matter how nice they seemed to be, he had to remain loyal to his own clan. That was not to say he should go attacking other cats, because there was a treaty under the full moon.
Dreampaw continued to follow his leader, almost got lost a few times or tripped over logs, because he was watching the stars and the clouds, but always managed to catch up with everyone else. When at last they got to Seastones, Dreampaw was blasted with two initial scents. ShadowClan and... WindClan, he decided. The former was easy to pick out, but the latter he had to compare and decide that it smelt nothing like RiverClan. Stars... There are so many. The light-brown apprentice watched as the ThunderClan cats joined up, and found it hard to believe that there was still another clan to come.
Dreampaw trundled into the gathering, and decided that he best try to mingle with cats closer to his own age, so apprentices. He looked about, and it wasn’t hard to find one so much as chose one. He padded closer to one of the closer ones, a ShadowClan tom, by the scent of him. While it was quite a harsh smell, it wasn’t completely unpleasant. He guessed that most cats would call his scent unpleasant though, soaked as it was in wild garlic. “Hi there,” he mewed to the other apprentice. “My name is Dreampaw.”
