Ivyshade watched Deadspirit go, wanting to go after her but not particularly wanting a clawed muzzle. She turned to Darkoak. "You okay?" she murmured, walking over.

Ivyshade flattened her ears uncomfortably. "Sorry, it's just...I don't know, I didn't know if I should jump in and help or..."

Tatteredpaw reached the border, her head low and her copper eyes dark. She paused, staring across the border. She wrinkled her nose in disgust at the strong reek of ShadowClan. How do they stand that awful smell? She thought, not really caring about the answer. She stood up and stepped silently over the border, her tail lashing back and forth behind her.

"Well we came here to hunt so...but if you're injured then...um," Ivyshade stuttered. Stop making a fool of yourself! she berated herself harshly. Forcing herself to go on she murmured "I'm going to see what I can find around here. If you want you can come or we can split up and meet back here." The black she-cat flicked her tail and began to walk along the border in the opposite direction, scanning the area for the faintest scent of prey.

"I'm fine." He said. Darkoak looked around and sniffed the air. He spotted a small mouse hiding under a bush. Slowly he crept foreword, he lowered him self to the ground. The he jumped, Holding the mouse under his paws. He scraped earth over it. Then Darkoak looked around, a few birds flew by.

Ivyshade caught sight of a squirrel, literally right on the border. She knew that she had to catch this quickly and without messing up or she could be in big trouble. She crouched down, creeping forward in the scant undergrowth until she was about a fox-length away from the squirrel. Then she leaped, pinning down the prey a whisker's width from the scent line. Hurriedly she dragged the animal away from the scent line and carried it back to where she and Darkoak had split up. Then she looked around once more, wondering if she should wait or scout around for more prey.

Rowanflame pads along the border sniffing. She crouches down suddenly and pounce for a mouse. The mouse scurries away and she chases it across the border and slams right into Autumnspot. She squeaks and backs up and cowers expecting to be attacked as the shadowclan scent overflows her nostrils
