*.*.*.*Rainingkit sleepily stood up. "Bye I should probably get some sleep" she mewed. "I hope I can still hear your story later though". Rainingkit wobbly walked out of the elder's den.

Frozenflight watched the kitten leave, a little disappointed. Why would the dear leave? She wasn't too overbearing, was she? She had a tendency to do that. Though her memory continuously didn't help in the slightest.

"Do come back soon!"

She called after the kitten, almost as if begging them not to leave her in the elders' den. That wasn't it at all, though. Frozenflight had a soft spot for kits, and especially when they wanted to hear her stories.

Twigstep sat in the den near the entrance deep in thought he hated how everything had changed so rapidly he had heard about all the messes the warriors had caused and all the messes that needed to be cleaned this would only make his plan harder to accomplish.But these setbacks would not dampen his ambition he may be old but he was ready to start his plan but for now he would sit by quietly waiting for his time to strike.He would keep up his facade as a kind dear elder who just wanted to tell stories until he could weasel his way into the younguns hearts his stomach growled and he figured it was time to eat @Epiales

Storm trotted into the elders den. She was hoping to visit Twig if he hadn't walked out of the elder's den by now. But no, he was there, sitting in his nest, staring, like he always did. She had brought in a crow, a large one at that, the one she was going to eat earlier. She dropped it and then gently nudged the elder before pushing the prey closer. She sat down, gently wrapping her tail around her front paws. It had been warmer now, which made Storm happy, though, just like her name, she preferred the stormier weather. Rain and thunder.

The tom was jolted from his thoughts once he saw Stormcreek he smiled at the young cat "Why thank you, Stormy, I appreciate this crow it's been a while since I've seen one so big did you catch it?' he asked curling his tail around his paws StormCreek was one of the warriors he had planned on using once his time came he knew the cat's temperament suited him

She nodded and licked her paw. She had caught the crow. And it was a bit crow, attempting to catch a worm! What an unaware bird, and an easy catch. She put her paw down again and looked at the elder. "How has the elder den treated you?" she asked the tired-looking elder. The elder's den seemed boring, they didn't hunt, they didn't walk, they simply sat on their nests and gossiped, talked with kits. And what would they gossip about?! They didn't even have to go to the gatherings or meetings, since they didn't get to do much. Twig, though an elder, was still fairly young and active. He walked around, watched things, and kept active.

"Oh the dens is fine, could use some new moss but no leaks I may get out in the sun soon though old joints have been aching," He says with a hint of amusement in his voice So How about you what's going on in your life I'm sure somethings been happening" he looks at the younger cat curiously @Epiales

Mudsmoke had realised that due his lack of communication Morningpaw might just go ahead a take the punishment of attending to kits and queens since his mate is one. Due to this Mud decided he would just do both, he didn't mind kits and though elders were nothing more than annoying they were still his clanmates and he respected them enough to care for them aswell. Upon entering the dark den he noted the roof was semi fixed. Considering that today the sky was cloudless he doubt it would raining hard enough to seep through the dens roof but he noted in down. Maybe he will attempt to fix up some of the gaps. That den seemed cozy, most he would do now was replace the nests and bring some fresh kill for the old fleabags. How many elders were there again?

Making his way back to the fresh kill pile he picked out three perch fish and a squirrel. Four prey would probably be enough, if this wasn't enough he was sure the elders would just share and if it were too much well he would mind taking the left over at sharing it with someone else himself. There didn't seem to be much moss, he would come look again after dropping of the prey. After carrying his haul all the way to the elders den he realised he should've atleast made their nests first so the could comfortable. Fish-brain, he thought himself as he dropped the prey at the entrance.

Making turning back around he went to clan storage in search for some moss, he managed to find five. That was enough for atleast two nests in his opinion, that's what he'd do then. See how many elders there were and fix each of their nests. Grabbing the five moss he made his way back to the elders den. "anyone need new moss?" he asked as he glanced around the den. It was pretty dark.

Twigstep was in the middle of a nap when he was awoken by the sound of pawsteps he lifted his head and saw the RiverClan warrior mudsmoke he had never spoken to the Tom but he had heard of him before he could ask what brought the cat into the elders den he saw the prey and moss “Ah Mudsmoke,I could use some moss it’s been a while since an apprentice had brought some he said while looking back at the juicy squirrel

Mudsmoke was just about to pick a nest to start with he heard a gruff voice, of course an elder. He suppressed the urge to roll his eyes, elders could be so annoying. His attitude immediately changed the moment he heard his name, his actual name not mudpaw! Mudsmoke wasn't one of those emotional cats who cry for everything but if he were he would be sobbing with happiness. " good day Twigstep, enjoy your nap?" he greeted politely his attitude towards elder shifting slightly. Maybe they weren so bad.

"oh yeah, apprentices are so cheeky these days. So much to say but they barely do anything" he commented as he he picked up the squirrel, which he had seen the old tom eyeing, and enough moss for Twigsteps nest. Placing the prey at the elders paws while instructing him to move out the nest so he could replace it. "sorry I should've made the nest first and then brought you prey so you could atleast sit in the comforts of a clean nest instead of on the dens floor" he added apologetically as he gathered the moss to start working in the nest.
