Rules for Outsider Groups
Hiya!
Okay so I don't know if this would technically go here or not, but I was wondering what are the rules for Outsider Groups? I wanted to start one as a plot for one of my characters, sorta just a little group between a few cats! If i remember correctly, there were some guidelines we have to follow, such as max members, but uhm- I can't find em? anyways, thanks in advance to anyone who replies with assistance haha

Hey! So I've heard that outsider groups can't really have ranks unless permission is granted by staff! I'm not exactly sure if it's correct as of now, but if it is, I hope it helps!
