The bestial lurked behind Ron for a moment before running to the camp. He nudged Ainalani and growled.
"P-Peaks?" Ainalani said, eyes widening. She stuffed her doll under her pillow and stood up. She ran outside and looked into the forest.
"Not Peaks." She whispered.
(Bestials are creatures that lurk in the Outskirts, in the Peaks land, Bestials are usually pets. They usually look like monsters, but are actually pretty sweet creatures, who help protect the Escaped children.)

Ainalani laid in her tent, curled up with a doll one of the Bestials had stolen from a Peak and gave her. He was one of her best friends, nothing but a black shadow monster that helped protect her and the others.
Oro was in a tree laying on a branch. Her long blonde hair dangling down from it.
