Weebly seems weird? X'D

I used to have a Weebly about a year and a half ago, and it was very straightforward though did crash occasionally. I'm trying to make one for an alternate place for bios but it seems so weird now? Less cookie-cutter and more working off premade themes, and unless it just isn't working right with my laptop, there's no buttons for anything like changing text colour or font? And it works very slow to select things, even worse than my first site... :u

Is it normally this difficult or do you think maybe it's just not working right on my laptop/chrome? Also I'm exhausted so sorry if this reads very oddly. XD

you can edit the theme in 'pages', and edit colour normally, but if you need more tips im happy to help :]
