Ya maybe like..the small group of cats that made the other kittypets join could be like..the council? Like maybe instead of Leaders it could be the council members..??
Like maybe four or six cats (each of the cats finding a mate within the original six cats) get all the other kittypets to join and maybe when their time comes they pass down the title to their oldest kit or something?? And so on?
