Plot ideas: Raccoon needs to make sure Foggy is trustworthy first, or he won't accept the hug. As long as Foggy first talks to raccoon, he will accept it.
On a scale of 1-10 with 1 being not likely how likely will they accept the hug?: 10 if talked to beforehand and 1 if not.
Other: Maybe they could be friends after? Raccoon needs some friends.
