Nimblewhisker edged closer toward the border, seeing that a figure stood on the other side. He squinted his eyes in an attempt to get a clearer look at him from afar. Flicking his ears, he noticed the similar coloring and distinct short tail of Orangetail. Nimblewhisker could hardly suppress a purr. Finally a familiar face in this otherwise barren wasteland!

"Orangetail! It's so good to see you! I've missed you so much." Nimblewhisker blubbered, very much regretting the last part after the fact.
