Default Re: can someone critique my art?

*cracks knuckles* here we go
I love critiquing art :"3

Drawing 1

References!! Use references for trees, snow, wolves, all of that. It'll help with anatomy and shapes.
The eyes on the wolf are a bit large, and the mouth is a bit small. Try exaggerating your expressions. Here's an example. In this photo it shows many different expressions, but they all represent emotions. You can clearly define all of the emotions just by looking at them. A lot of artists dont understand that doing this makes their art look 10x better.

Drawing 2

Once again, use references and the eyes are a bit large.

Drawing 3

Now I like this drawing in particular because the stripes are just beautiful. The two things I can point out are the nose and the eyes. The eyes are a bit goofy looking, but that can be fixed. Just a little bit smaller of the eyes and the nose and this picture would be even better!

Drawing 4

This one has to be my favorite of the five. I love the atmosphere you put in this picture, and the fox! Omg i love the fox! Incredible job!
My only problem with it is the white at the top and the wings
First, the wings.
Feathers are pointed, yes, but the point is rounded. The overall shape of the wing is great, but the feathers need to be a bit rounder
Now the white.
The white seems a bit out of place in the picture. Its a nice accent, but it seems a bit random. Maybe don't make it so bright and obvious.

Drawing 5

Alright.
Eyes, swirls, mouth, and nose.

The eyes are good, but the glow is just too much. Don't make it so bright and obvious.

The swirls below the kitten are somewhat unfinished at some areas

The mouth is okay, but a bigger frown would look a bit better.

The nose is good, but a smaller size would be better.
