there was once a little girl.
nobody knew of this girl,
for she had always been alone.
one day, the girl says,
“i don’t want to be like this.
i want to laugh and play
just like all the others.
i want to be known by everyone.”
but how should she manage
to be known by the world?
for she was locked away
in the darkness,
where she stays.
“i know,” the girl says,
“i shall lead them to my home
and i will make them love me.”

the first little Alice was a seething heart of greed
they slashed their words at everything,
and threw away their ring
their soul was filled with an aching itch to have it all,
until they broke into the home
and tripped down a steep fall

they fell and fell with wounds and more
and screaming cries, so sore
their neck, now broken into bits
and head a tilted twist
if it wasn’t for the very ring they left behind,
no one would’ve even known that they had been alive

the second Alice was a very kind boy of blue
he sung his way through others’ hearts
and then he broke them, too
he led them to the girl’s house
before singing a tune

the final one had had enough
and they shot his head
a silky rose that grew nearby
stained a gruesome red
and every song that he had sung
faded to her land
and everyone that he had left lived a life so grand

the third Alice was a graceful soul so neat
she led her kingdom wistfully
and everyone loved to see
the lovely heart of which she held
that sparkled with every beat
though something nagged within her mind
that caused a frown to come with time

one day she stumbled upon the home
and she stepped inside
the darkness consumed her every thought
and fear had driven away the kind
a queen, so proud had fallen down
and she welcomed in the insanity

finally, an Alice made of two
walked through the home
with an invite from the queen
a party was held
and they were to come
but it was not so safe

with an older sister
and a younger brother
they marched their way through the home
and found many doors on their way

their hearts had beat
so very fast
and they wondered how long
the madness would last
as they stepped through the home
hand in hand, hair on end

until the queen came near
and sung a song so dear
they fell asleep
and have yet to wake
from their slumber
with a dream of heartache

this is based off of the song ‘Alice of Human Sacrifice,’ which is said to be made to go after the five killings in Japan. in each killing, a playing card with ‘ALICE’ written in blood would be placed somewhere that was easy to find. the playing cards were as follows:

ace of spades
king of diamonds
queen of clubs
ace of hearts

the ace of hearts was cut into to pieces, which were each held by two twins that had been injected with a poison in their sleep. the killer of each person has not been identified. i would link to the wikipedia page that describes the full story but it mentions rather gruesome things. however, this is the song.

the lyrics in this thread are my own, though they may not fit with the rhythm of the actual song. this is merely my own take upon it. i may have a drawing to go along with it soon, and possibly a roleplay.

i know a few of the lyrics may sound similar to the storyline of the original song, but that was shown as i did not know of another way to try and make the song fit the rhythm of the original, and i did not have the song to play at the very moment in which i wrote it, so i went from memory.
