Default Asking a Leader.
So I have a couple questions for my plot.
And my OC DarkWhisper is going to kill two charries. They're all in ShadowClan, so should I PM Blue since she RP's Goldenstar?

Also do you need to notify the leader if your OC is leaving the clan or just joining?
