It was a calm evening when Leopardsong cautiously padded into the clearing, a couple of small fish in tow. Fishing kept her mind off of the gossip around camp, namely those that might be talking about her. She pinned her ears as if to close off her thoughts from the rest of camp. She'd learned a long time ago that if she simply did her warrior duty and didn't really talk to anyone she couldn't get hurt. Not in the way that really counted, that is. The she-cat dropped off her fish on the fresh-kill pile and padded off to an isolated area of camp, licking off the stray bits of water and fish oils from her paws and chest.
