Bubblegum went out into the garden. She sighed, knowing that this was going to be the furthest she would ever journey from her twoleg nest. She knew there was more to life than this. She didn't know exactly what that 'more stuff' was, but what she did know that her twolegs were restraining her from seeing it. She had concocted some plans for how to leave, but she couldn't do that considering her family would miss her. As mundane as life was with her Mother and Father and her twolegs, she adored them, and could not ever go away from them. But every day, her need to see the world grew stronger, and she was starting to think that perhaps she really
should leave.
Bubblegum walked into the flower bed and curled up to take a catnap, and dreamed about seeing the world.
