Reference of character : Here!! I only have a bust-shot of her accurate appearance, but her right eye is a darker blue, and I'd imagine her tail is on the feathery-side :0 And the underside of her tail is white? Other than that, you have artistic liberty of what the rest of her would look like ^^
Style: So this is actually a form for a fullbody, but if that's proving too hard for you then you can switch it over to a head/bust Color + Lineart!!
