Louder than words

Silence is a survivor. Deafened by a dog in her kithood and as a result abandoned, she has lived most of her life alone.

Despite the difficulties in communication, her den has always been open to the wounded and to the travelers during heavy storms. But, one way or another, everyone leaves, and she's made peace with that. However, life wasn't meant to be lived alone, and a forgotten enemy is soon to return. If Silence is going to survive, she's going to have to learn to trust.

The question is, will you be the one to help her through?

So, plot update! I now need a mate for Silence, as well as an enemy and a kittypet. Silence was kicked in the head by a dog as a kit, so her farmcat parents abandoned her. In the wilderness, she was raised by an elderly loner and his son. When the loner died, Silence turned to the son for comfort, and they became mates. But, Silence discovered that he was using the death to take advantage of her. So, she ran away, and lived in the farthest place she could find away from him. Silence will need a few friends/a mate to help drive the enemy away for good. And if there are any free kittypets, she needs one to help lead her newest guest back home.

Personality: Hoot has been on his own since the moment he could survive without his mother. He barely remembers her as she left him so young. With no litter mates and no parents to keep him company, Hoot has grown used to being alone. Actually, he prefers being by himself. This tom enjoys spending time alone and reflecting. You'll often find him laying across and tree branch and gazing into the sky. He is very, very cautious around other cats. He knows that he won't be able to depend on anyone but himself, so Hoot isn't one to trust others easily. Hoot has encountered many different types of cats and learned that you'll never know what type of cat they are. After being tricked, betrayed, and used, Hoot declared that he'd never let another cat into his life without putting his walls up. Inside his walls, Hoot is a very kind tom. He loves to play and adventure outside of his territory. He's affectionate and -really deep down- wishes for a friend or someone that he can truly trust with his life.

Description: Hoot is a lighter colored Abyssinian. His fur color is an orange-ish brown with hints of dark brown on his tail and around his face. He's small and slim like a WindClan cat, but the muscles underneath his pelt compare to great tree-climbers like SkyClan cats. Hoot's eyes are a yellow-green with hints of brown. His fur is soft, short, and generally well-groomed.

@Thistledawn That's fine!! Silence is my first character on the site so she hasn't been rped at all yet. Seems like they'll get along great! I'm gonna wait a bit to see if some others jump in, but I'll have it up soon!

Also, I'm sorry my replies take so long! I'm still new so I have that need to be manually accepted by a staff member thing. I also can't edit posts yet so I hope you'll forgive spelling errors.
