How do you close a thread?
 
I made this thread as a mate finder for a character, and I found a user who is willing. So how do I mark the thread as closed?

I'm not sure, I usually just go on my first post and write closed in REALLY big letters in red

I'm sure there is a way to officially close it so that no one can respond. I've seen it on multiple threads.

I think only staff can do that, but I’m not sure.

For threads in most site categories, yes, only staff can close them. If you link me the threads you want closed, I can get that done for you! @Artemis
