Facing Mischief [EVENT - OPEN TO ALL.]

Code:
Rats have recently swarmed over part of the Twolegplace,
 after losing their previous setup to heavy rainfall. They are highly aggressive and territorial,  and will attack any cat they see on sight. It seems they're not leaving, and with the colony at risk for growth their operations may threaten to expand over more of the city. What will you do?

Haven walked rather jumpily, looking over his shoulder. His gait was usually graceful, at least in the presence of others, but he was anxious about becoming rat food. But, speaking of food, it was a necessary endeavor. Haven was a horrendously bad hunter, only in part due to him being de-clawed as a kitten. Others, of course, were capable of hunting for more than one and, with all these vicious rats around, someone was bound to need healing.

Behind his ear was a sprig of pretty flowers, most of them poppies. Lots of poppy seeds were needed. He looked around for other cats anxiously.

He'd left Shadowclan a long, long time ago, mostly because he was useless in every sense of the word, he couldn't hunt or fight so why should he of stayed? While he wasn't too. . .fond of kittypet life, at least he'd seem to become some kind of outdoor one, and he hadn't been taken to what some seem to call 'the cutter', so that was a relief.

Right now he was just wondering around, getting some fresh air, he was trying to avoid other cats, mostly out of fear of death or humiliation, because who knew how some rogues and kittypets acted! Then, a scent came to him, a weird scent, what was it, it sounded gross and disgusting. . .then, something attacked him, multiple small somethings, actually.

' 'G-GET OFF OF MY LEG!?' '

Nala was leaving her garden, wanting to explore. She jumped at every sound and hid at every bark. She then came across aother cat. She dashed over. "Hiya! I'm nala! Who are you?" she asked, smiling. Then, she heard another cat. She qucikly rushed over and saw something on the cat's leg. "RATS!" She hissed.

It was a normal day in Storm's life, being weird. "HEY! RATS!" He was formerly from RiverClan, and he tried to rejoin multiple times, but he was known as Stormpelt back then. "RATS! ATTACK THE KITTYPETS! THEY ARE LAZY!" He shouted

The anxious tom nearly jumped out of his fur when someone spoke up. Ah, just a kittypet. Not a rat. He wasn't too fond of chatting when his priority was food but if he could get something out of it...

"Ah, hello, nice to meet you! My name is Haven-" he was cut off by what sounded like a squeaky boy voice screaming about something. He followed Nala, though not too quickly and came upon the sight of said squeaky boy screaming about what turned out to be small, probably infant, rats attacking him. Haven grimaced and pulled back slightly, hoping Nala would do something so that he wouldn't have to engage.

Right now his current method of getting these totally not infant rats [they were. . .literally baby rats, trust me they'd cover more than just a part of his leg if they were adults] off of him was to swing his leg like crazy, and even that wasn't working, foxdung! ' 'H-HEY YOU TWO OR, ONE OF YOU TWO, HELP ME OUT, PLEASE?!' ' Dying by rats was not how he wanted to go out, no way no how!

It was a seemingly normal day for Mahina. She was relaxing in her dog house along while her three kits; Cedar, Bolt, and Leilani. She watched happily as they started to chase after a mossball that Darcie made for them, giggling occasionally at them as they tackled over each other. Just then, a disgusting smell filled her nose. Mahina face became concerned, and slowly got up. What is that... odd smell? She assumed it was a random rogue coming down the alley that hadn't cleaned themselves, but when she got out of her home there was no cat. She carefully made her way down the alley, leaving her kits alone in the dog house for just a few moments. A odd squeaking noise filled her ears, and she turned around, looking around in all directions. What's going on? What is that sound? She then spotted one, two, then three small creatures go crawling along the wall. Mahina moved her head closer to them as one of their heads twirled around to look at her. Before she could figure out what it was, the small animal launched itself at her face.

" AHHH! "

She moved her body side to side, clawing at her face, trying to get it off.

" PERCY! DARCIE! SOMEONE HELP! "

Mahina stopped moving her body and then shook her head aggressively from side to side.

Lani was playing with her moss ball, when she heard her mom start yelling. Furrowing her brow, she stood up and ran to where her mama was. "Don't worry Mama! I'll save you!" She howled, lunging forward to☀try and bop a rat on the nose. But then she saw another's beady eyes focus on her and she started doubting her decision making skills.

The rat leaped forward, sinking it's teeth into her should. The small tabby screamed, trying to push it off.
