DotC SPOILERS! - Emberkit doesn't make sense.
 
okokok
don't read ahead if you don't want dawn of the clans spoilers from book 3
 
ok
emberkit? wind runner's kit who died?
not makin' sense.
the current naming system gives cats 2 part names / allows rogues to keep 1 part names.
emberkit is one word
also kits get full names when born
what's goin' on?
seems to be some mistake, lemme know what you think?

probably a one time thing, or so they thought n then some boogers said wait that's a decent idea or somethn

I'm really glad they didnt have to be called that there entire life

Maybe Windrunner thought, "Oh, they're a kit, that's unique and I'll change it later" andthought she would be the only one doing it. but then after a while, they think "We're gonna do that" and they did

like: all kits have big name like Morning Whisker or Jagged Peak but Emberkit had one: Emberkit

I think it is because he died as a kit. Since he was never really born and kinda arrived dead, Wind Runner was like, "He died at kit, so I'll give him a name that reflects his status. Emberkit is it!" It makes sense, really.
