i need some help

so my time on here is a hour ahead. Its 6:05 pm but it is 7:05 pm on the website I have it on GMT -4. How do I get it to my time

I'd help if I knew. My time is 5:07, and the time here is only a minute behind. It's confusing.

When you go to change your time, try using GMT -5 or -3
One of them should make it your time.
Sorry I don't know which one!
