Of course, you should never judge a book by it's cover, but doing so with Monarch really won't change when you meet her. She cares about almost everyone, even cats that she just met. The prospect of cats getting hurt just makes her feel terrible. Monarch will embrace you with open arms, and protect you like she would her own kits. Everyone deserves a chance to be Monarch's friend, and she gives everyone that chance. By assuming she's their friend anyway. She loves all her friends like family, but doesn't feel a disloyalty towards them if she makes new friends. Making new friends and keeping the old.
However, she has a bad side, just like every cat does. This cat when she looks at cats, or meets them tends to judge them. And not often nicely. She makes them feel like they don't have to prove themselves, when she's really testing them.
