Ravenpaw glanced at their leader and mentor, Blazingstar, anxiety sparkling in their lapis hues. The WindClanner followed the crowd, trying to blend in. They didn’t have any reason to stand out, and they didn’t want to stand out. When the Clan has settled and cats started flitting about, mingling with the arriving ThunderClanners, Ravenpaw crouched, overwhelmed, not knowing whether to hide or whether to approach some cat. They decided to sit up, look mature. Hopefully, they’d look like he’s too busy with something else to be approached, right?

Mistburr followed behind Passionstar, within the mass of ThunderClan cats who had made their way to the gathering. He knew tensions would be high, even if a battle was the last thing they needed at this time. Hopefully things could be relatively peaceful, but even the optimistic tom had his doubts... He kept himself at the ready, not willing to fight but definitely willing to help the younger cats and elders if they found themselves to be in danger.

The misty-pelted tom sat in the clearing, looking around for any bright-eyed cats to talk to. He thought it proper to be sociable and friendly at a gathering, especially when the air was thick with distress or animosity. The tom was hoping to ease the tension by having a lighthearted conversation, but who would he talk to?

Heronpaw flicked his tail anxiously.
His first gathering!
He thought,his nervous blue irises flicking around,glancing at some Windclanners who had arrived earlier than Thunderclan had.
The light grey tabby sat rigid,hoping for a friendly face to converse with him to ease his tension.

Ears perked as he heard his name called, he turned his head to look at the culprit. Noticing who it was, the battle-scarred tom smiled and gestured for her to come over with a swish of his long-furred tail. "Snowstep! Are things going well for you?" he wanted to keep his mind off of the unstable climate of clan relations at the moment, hoping that the white she-cat would offer up a funny story or an interesting news-piece. He hadn't seen her in a while, after all.

With that, he shot a quick glance at Fallenstar. What was he going to say? Would he be explaining anything? Mistburr hoped that his words didn't start a heated argument between the leaders. He hoped Passionstar could maintain peace... ThunderClan didn't need another fight. The tom's ears flattened slightly before he looked back towards Snowstep, an apologetic look in his eye for the quick loss of attention. "Maybe things will turn out, hm? It'd be nice to have a break."

Roansplash had hesitated to come to the gathering, but he knew he had to. Besides, it would be a welcome change. He knew it would be good for Breezefeather, but he didn't want to tell the tom that that was his reason for coming along. For one, he knew the silvery tom wouldn't appreciate it. He seemed to dismiss the need for help or assistance, and this could easily be interpreted as such. Secondly, Roansplash didn't want Breezefeather to know that he'd gone out of his comfort zone to help him out. He was on a thin line here, the line of companionship. He didn't want to teeter off into the 'friend' section so easily. He was supposed to be shutting cats out, right?

The russet and white tom looked behind himself, to see if Breezefeather was still following him, part of him hoping that the spotted tom wasn't so that he could sneak back to camp or attempt to hunt again.

|Open for anyone|
Soft ginger fur blended in amongst the crowd of windclanners as they arrived, lithe build barely noticeable in amongst the haggle of cats. Freckleswipe had been to gatherings before, and yet the excitement she'd felt her first time here had yet to grow any weaker with later trips. Watery blue eyes glanced around capriciously, taking in her surroundings. It was indeed strange being the first clan to arrive here, a wary silence consuming the air around her. Tensions were high, and the young she-cat worried for what the outcome of this gathering may be. She prayed everyone would keep their composure, for the sake of all the clans. The ginger feline avoided giving her opinion on the events of the last gathering, much preferring to stay out of any drama caused by it. Freckleswipe despised to see everyone so angry, so full of hatred. It was uncalled for, in her opinion. Sighing, the young she-cat's mood felt dampened by worry and anxiety as she split off from the larger group of cats and settled elsewhere - still close to Windclan, but far enough she felt less enclosed. The arrival of Riverclan and Thunderclan only lead to more worry for the she-cat, ears pinned back ever so slightly as she watched everything with cautious attention. She needed someone to talk to, to ease her troubled mind, but Starclan knows who that could be. She was sick of talking with the same windclanners, their conversations seemingly all the same to her. It was beginning to bore her. Ocean eyes glanced nervously around seastones, trying to find someone to interact with - whether she'd muster up the confidence to actually talk to them was a whole other story.

Honeyglare scowled, her temper short that evening. The sleek RiverClan warrior swung her head around, glaring at any cat who looked at her. When she wasn’t glaring, she walked - no, really, it was more like stalked - low to the ground. Her fur spiked in all different directions atop her back, still drying from her dip in the river. She didn’t care. Finally, the huffy she-cat sat down, and started to groom her fur.

I'll respond to the RP in the clearing like later, cloning should work. Also likely will reply in the afternoons or nights. Mostly weekends when I got time}

Breezefeather, the silvering black tom followed Roansplash without wavering. The pain and anger filled tom ahead of him made the tom determined to help him, but at the moment the silver male wasn't really going to help, no rather the roan tom infront of him, was his help and guidance. Breezefeather limped after him, the soreness of his paws and the pace of the male having him struggling to keep up. As the other tom turned towards a clump of cats Breeze called out softly, "Roansplash. Could you please slow your steps or at least wait up for me. And I highly suggest we don't go near any groups, it'll only bring more gossip about why I, a half injured cat, was brought along. Why did you and Buttercupbreeze even bring me along in the first place? I haven't been with the clans in many moons, and then why should one of our healthier warriors sit waiting in their den?" The tom has sat down and tipped his head, almost birdlike, as he spoke and his tail folded neatly around his paws, showing that once this had been a noble young warrior, who had now gotten his spirit broken by love.

The older cat furrowed his brow, white tail-tip twitching as he looked towards the ground in bemusement. "...I'm not sure. I don't want to say that Fallenstar's been the worst of leaders, but..." Mistburr chuckled half-heartedly as his voice trailed off, knowing he couldn't look any of the leaders in the eye for fear of what was coming next. Fear... That was a rare feeling. He hoped he didn't have to experience it for too long. "With all this anger towards RiverClan, who knows what will happen? Things aren't looking good." Retribution was an important tool, but would it be misused, here? "Let's not talk about WindClan, either..."

|| @Arié ||

Hearing Breezefeather's request, Roansplash slowed his pace down. He sighed softly as the spotted tom caught up and adapted to his pace readily. "Yeah, yeah... Looks like you're the least of their worries." Though he wasn't one to catch up on the clan going-ons, he knew the air about them was uncomfortable. No big deal... His life was animosity and tension, the crouch before the strike. He'd be ready if called upon to battle, especially if it was ThunderClan again. The tom narrowed his eyes at the group of ThunderClan cats before sitting himself down by Breezefeather.

"Who knows what you've missed out on? We can go if you get sick or your sores open up again." He may have been a supporting shoulder, but Roansplash was no pushover.

Mass of silver fur trotted excitedly in amongst Shadowclan's group, a gleeful bounce in her every step. Deep ocean gaze glanced around the seastones, trying to take in every single detail, worried she may never have the chance to again. The air felt crisp and light, as though it were a fresher kind to that of the air in Shadowclan. Silverpaw found herself splitting off from Shadowclan almost instantly, ambling off in whichever direction peaked her capricious attention. She felt almost overwhelmed by the sheer number of cats she didn't recognise, but also intently curious of each and every one of them. She seemed almost foolish, trotting around seastones as though she were a young kit - completely unaware, it would seem, of the tension in the air. But Silverpaw was not stupid, nor was she unaware of the tensions between clans due to the events of the last gathering. She knew, but she chose not to care for them. Why should she allow it to dampen her mood? Her thick pelt appeared well-maintained, as expected given she had spent all day grooming in preparation for what she saw as possibly the biggest event of her life thus far. But as space to gallivant around got thinner and thinner, the young apprentice quickly realised she needed to find somewhere to sit, somewhere to hear and see the events of the gathering clearly. Snatching a spot near the front of the crowd, the silvery she-cat settled down on her haunches - bushy tail snaking around her rump as it hid her small paws from view. Ocean gaze shifted energetically from place to place, keen to find something to occupy her whilst she awaited the words of the leaders.

Rosepaw was trembling, both with excitement and a bit of fear. It was his first gathering, but he didn’t know exactly what to do. Did he just sit here? Was he supposed to talk to other cats? He couldn’t tell. Well, he could tell, he just couldn’t bring himself to speak with anyone. He looked up at Fallenstar quietly, unsure of his leader, as it seemed as though Riverclan was disliked by all the other clans. He could see all these warriors, and they didn’t help his nerves. He shook his head slightly, he kept avoiding eye contact, so it was his own fault, right? He saw another cat who seemed to be another apprentice, and he was tempted to go speak to them, but he couldn’t bring himself to move from his spot, shifting from paw to paw quietly.

Silverpaw's ocean gaze quickly settled on the sight of what looked to be another apprentice, shifting about their weight in a way Silverpaw was not unfamiliar to. She herself had the same habit, moving her weight from paw to paw whenever she felt uncomfortable. The silvery she-cat couldn't help but take pity on the other apprentice, rising to her paws somewhat slowly before she made her way over to the other cat. "Hello?" She inquired more than greeted, worried the other apprentice may not be too fond of her company. "I'm Silverpaw, of Shadowclan," She introduced herself, hoping perhaps it would calm the other cats nerves slightly.

Rosepaw’s head quickly snapped up when he heard a voice near him. He didn’t know exactly what to do, though he was almost shaking. First he had to calm down. He looked over at the apprentice and nodded, “I’m...” he trailed off, forgetting how to speak for a moment, “I’m Rosepaw, from Riverclan, nice to meet you,” he said, trying to not sound formal. Once silence had settled between the two, he flinched, trying to think of something to say. ”This is my first gathering,” he said, hoping it would make some kind of conversation for them.

"I'm not sure," Mistburr meowed softly, glancing towards Goldenstar as ShadowClan settled themselves into position. "I'd be more worried about WindClan." Battles had broken loose between the two clans in the past, and they could easily be brought back up again. Would the focus be on Fallenstar, or would Passionstar be confronting Blazingstar? If only he could see into the future... Would he really want to see how things turned out, though? He wouldn't have to wait too long, anyways.

Trotting over towards the disinterested ThunderClan feline, a tom of a freckled ebony pelt proffers a gentle smile. Scenting of RiverClan, Mottledcrow seats himself beside this newfound acquaintance, readying his maw for conversation. "Hello!" He mews, a kittenish aura surrounding the warrior. "Still what? Why would you be worried about ShadowClan?" It was a strange thing to be worried about in these times. He didn't bear ill will against the other clans' inhabitants, and was always happy to hear about new apprentice and warrior ceremonies from the other clans. He wondered if they'd even be mentioned this time, especially since Fallenstar was trying to brush off the main issue. Nobody seemed to be questioning their lack of a deputy, however, and he was glad. Passionstar was having a rough time, so he understood the lack of a deputy for now.

"I know. It's a bit of a downer, huh?" The tabby tom sighed softly as he looked at the clans, the majority of cats refusing to intermingle with their other-clan counterparts. Driving a wedge between them would only make matters worse, but what friendly cat would have the guts to approach an angry windclanner, or riverclanner? Even the SkyClan cats seemed uneasy and upset, despite their leader usually being the friendliest at the gathering. Everyone was on edge, waiting for the first few words that would tip a clan over the line.

He wondered what Passionstar would say about his decision to wait before picking a deputy, or if he'd even be able to fit it in between possible accusations against RiverClan, and maybe even their own clan! He pitied whatever clan could possibly be targeted this time around, not wanting to gang up on a clan, or have his own clan be in danger of the same. Anger could easily muddle any cat's future vision, even a wise and capable leader could fall victim to their own temper.

Grassleg trotted into seastones with his head kinda low the scowl permanent and clear on his face his eyes looking over the mass of cats who were talking amongst themselves then his eyes landed upon the leaders it sure didn't look good ...hopefully everything will run smoothly this time . The grumpy tom look to side at gingersplash a fellow clanmate that was his partner for the gathering . He never knew much about her , maybe this time he could get some information . "crowded isn t it?" the white tom asked with a grunt he was never the polite one when he was in a conversation but he really didn't care. His yellow eyes then settled upon a calico she cat who was looking rather uncomfortable in this mass making him raise his eyebrow " wonder what her problem is. This is a time of peace after all " he meowed sarcastically. I wonder how splitpaw is doing ? He's probably hiding in the apprentices den ... splitpaw was his apprentice that he promised to himself that he was gonna make him a great warrior . He did give the young tom tough love but it was for his own good.
Basilwish flicked her ears her eyes darting from left to right at every cat on seastone grounds she was keeping her guard up , she wasn't gonna let anything bad happen to her. The calico swished her tail repeatedly , she was sitting hunched over her green orbs showing unease even her stomach had a sinking feeling . Judging from the past gatherings and with how Riverclan is now she didn't know if she or her apprentice were safe ,yes she had an apprentice her name was Shadowpaw , she was trying to pick her out of the mass but she couldn't . Which made her even more worried . The she cat felt someone starring at her and looked over her shoulder to the left seeing two felines one white and one ginger colored making her twitch her nose what do they want??.

The ebony she-cat once more found herself attending a Gathering. Her green hues darted around with excitement. Despite all the tensions, she still thought she could make friends in other clans. It wasn't the best idea, but she loved talking to cats, loved testing her boundaries, and she really wanted to find someone she clicked with. She felt left out seeing other couples prance around, she wanted someone of her own to prance around with too! Even if that meant breaking the Warrior Code.

~~~
Treetiger crept her way along the ThunderClan warriors. Once more, she was at a Gathering. She hated Gatherings. Henry hated Gatherings. However, she had to obey Passionstars request to attend so here she was, hiding in the midst of ThunderClan. She was praying for no interaction, so she sat, hunched over, head low, with her ears back. Her green hues would dart around as paws moved around her, not daring to look further up than the paws at other cats.
Mistburr was definitely tense, given the situation, but he still held hope. Grousestar had formally started them off in as calm a tone as possible despite the obvious animosity in the air. He was handling the situation well, at least so far... The silver tabby just waited for someone to respond to his request for an order of announcements. He'd noticed the questioning glances towards the stones that their leader sat upon, the other leaders and deputies silently questioning ThunderClan's lack of a deputy. It would be soon enough... There'd be a deputy soon, he was sure. "Maybe there'll be some new apprentices, hm?" He could see that Snowstep was rather upset, and tried to cheer the molly up. At least if he couldn't, he'd at least change the subject.
He was handling the situation well, at least so far... The silver tabby just waited for someone to respond to his request for an order of announcements. He'd noticed the questioning glances towards the stones that their leader sat upon, the other leaders and deputies silently questioning ThunderClan's lack of a deputy. It would be soon enough... There'd be a deputy soon, he was sure. "Maybe there'll be some new apprentices, hm?" He could see that Snowstep was rather upset, and tried to cheer the molly up. At least if he couldn't, he'd at least change the subject.
"I really dont think so." Snowstep said trying not to let the rage out.
Mistburr wasn't quite sure what else he could say. Snowstep didn't want to look at the positives, it seemed. "Well, it's not too bad... Grousestar's started off well, hasn't he?" He didn't want to mention Fallenstar's wry little comment prior to Grousestar's arrival, and part of him hoped that none of the leaders had caught onto it. It wasn't the best opening, but what else could Fallenstar say? He was in a tough position, quite a few of the leaders stood against him, and he knew it. Or at least Mistburr assumed that he did. The ebony tom seemed just as uneasy as the others, so it had to be true, right?
"No he has not started off well." Snowstep said rage burning in her
Mistburr blinked, surprised at her response. Sure, Grousestar was tense. Everybody was tense, but he was still being polite. Nobody had fired off at any clan yet, even if Mistburr thought it was inevitable. Snowstep was acting like it had already happened. "Well... Maybe we should give him the benefit of the doubt, Snowstep. He's doing what he can." Thinking poorly of a cat would skew one's perception of them, so Mistburr did his best to view whoever he could as their own being. Grousestar hadn't even done anything to make him angry, yet. The SkyClan leader was simply beating around the bush.
"But in the past Skyclan wasnt that good and isn't still.." Snowstep said
Mistburr glanced at the collection of SkyClan cats, mulling over what Snowstep had said. SkyClan had their own issues, and so did every other clan. With bickering leaders, there'd always be issues. Her attitude towards the other clans wouldn't help them bond. "Views like that won't help any of us," he mumbled towards the snowy she-cat, eyes focusing on the SkyClan leader as he spoke. "We should assume the best before the worst. Assuming the worst will just drive us all apart." The clans would always be divided in some form, and that was the point, but would StarClan really approve of disconnection like this?
