ThunderClan's Liberation

Re: ThunderClan's Liberation
Grousestar paused at the beginning of the camp, not quite padding in yet, his emerald eyes focused on the ground as if in deep thought. He had a life taken from him in the liberation of Riverclan, it was a strange, unpleasant thing but it renewed his desire to purge these clans of their leaders. Because they killed innocent cats, innocent cats who didn't have 9 lives, who left behind families and friends. That is why he was fighting. Yes, it was for Starclan too, but it was for the innocent cat's who didn't have a voice against the monstrosities that have taken leadership of the clans. That is why Skyclan fought, that is why he fought. With renewed determination and renewed energy, the brown tabby lifted his gaze from the ground and padded into the clearing of Thunderclan a strong, unwavering look placed on his face before he stood, straight and tall, raising his head to yowl for all cat's to hear him. "Cats of Thunderclan, I am Grousestar, leader of Skyclan. And I am here to end your leader's reign. Fight with him if you must, but know that you will be fighting against Starclan. I will not rest until I know justice has been restored and these mongrels have been driven out of these lands, where their bloodsoaked claws can terrorize those cats who trust in our warrior ancestors no longer!" If Grousestar hadn't seemed sure of himself in the battle against Riverclan or Shadowclan, he was now. There was nothing that hinted at any form of doubt, a stern look upon his face as those green eyes of his swept around the clearing, searching for the first cat to stand against him, to stand against Skyclan, to stand against Starclan. He would fight with all of his strength to restore order to these good cats, you can bet on it. There will not be a second he doesn't fight without all of his skills, with all of his heart. He. Was Grousestar. |
Re: ThunderClan's Liberation
[Luna said we could start]
Dunedrift stumbled out of the warriors den. "What's going on?" he asked incredulously, looking around. Wait, what'd he.... Oh. About time! |
Re: ThunderClan's Liberation
Foxclaw followed Dunedrift out the warriors den to meet the group. 'What in starclan is going on here?' He thought, tilting his head towards the group. "Wait and see" He mumbled to himself, since he didn't want to be the one who causes a conflict...

Re: ThunderClan's Liberation
(open) Sorrelpaw dashed out of the apprentices' den, fur standing on end at the hint of a battle cry ringing through camp. She let her eyes focus on an unfamiliar figure standing at the entrance to ThunderClan. SkyClan? she thought, a puzzled look crossing her face as she blinked, figure relaxing just a bit. She'd heard whispers of a forgotten Clan from her time as a kit - foggy as those memories were for her - but never in her wildest dreams did she think they were actually true. The news of a new Clan and new cats like herself who lived in a group, a Clan, made her heart flutter with the open possibilities. Sorrelpaw hadn't known a time outside of Ratnight and Fennelstrike's leadership, however that didn't mean her faith in her warrior ancestors wavered one bit. If these SkyClanners were really here to liberate them, and fought alongside StarClan themselves, then Sorrelpaw knew she had no choice but to join them, despite the core tug of fighting with her Clan. Snapping back to the present, the young she-cat spun around, muscles tense and ready to leap to anyone who dare chose to fight against StarClan. |
Re: ThunderClan's Liberation
Icefang sitting in the clearing looked at Grousestar, huh? she thought.
Twilightkit and Pondkit ran out of the nurcery into the clearing, " huh? What's happing?" They mewed Ivypaw, still with Skyclan stood among them, her fishy smell from Riverclan fading away from her pelt. |
Re: ThunderClan's Liberation
Maplefur stood up as newcomers walked into camp. There's so many! Her eyes widened. Where did they come from- and why are they here? Her ears pricked with interest as a tom spoke- he appeared to be the leader of these cats. Skyclan? There's another clan? She got a giddy smile on her face as he spoke of freeing them. Yes, I will fight for Starclan. Her and her mate had wanted to be free of Ratnight's rule for some time, and with it, the freedom to look up to their ancestors once again. She shifted on her paws, already ready to fight for her beliefs. Daisy, I'm doing this for you. She thought up to her presumably dead sister. She glanced around the clearing, wondering how her clan mates would react, and who would start the fight first. She wished they wouldn't need to fight, but she was no fool. There was no way Ratnight and his followers would step down willingly. |
Re: ThunderClan's Liberation
Perfect timing for my deaf child))
Sandpaw got out of the den, looking around curiously. "What?" she mewed, tilting her head. She hadn't been able to hear anything, but a new scent had caught her attention. - Neko rolled his eyes. "Seriously? Are we helping a Clan that spends the beginning of a battle asking 'What is happening?' Seriously, ThunderClan?" (Open) |
Re: ThunderClan's Liberation
@Iceclaw seawatcher made her way towards the nursery. if i kill the kits there will be grief and the queens will be easy to kill she thought her eyes locked on the nursery entrance

Re: ThunderClan's Liberation
The sound of paws thundering through the camp entrance drew Swiftwind's attention. She slowly stood and faced Grousestar as he spoke, every word he spoke made her fur raise on end with excitement. So this is it.. Swiftwind gave a quick glance towards highrock to look for Ratnight. She wasn't going to wait for the fight to start before she positioned herself.
Swiftwind hurried towards Grousestar, softly purring as she joined the Starclan and Skyclan cats. Her heart started pounding as she faced the Thunderclan cats, who was friend and who was foe? |

Sprucepaw's eyes widened as she heard the newcomer's cry, and her eyes froze in fear. What... what was that? Who was that? Her ears perked towards the sudden rustling of battle. All her battle training didn't compare to the strikes that warriors were blowing against their enemies. "What's going on?" She said, ears flattening. "Is this against Ratnight and Fennelstrike? Why is SkyClan doing this to us? Why-" She asked to the closest newcomer around her, which was a young molly similar to herself. "Do you know anything at all?" Her ears then peeked towards the sudden rush of noises. Claws and the flashes of movement. It all happened so quickly; it all felt like a dream. |

(adding a few more in here, all open!) Filing in behind Grousestar and walking side by side with a SkyClan apprentice she'd befriended, a few open scratches still visible among her dark fur, Larkflight gazed around at the ThunderClan camp. Instantly, her eyes found her kit; Sorrelpaw. The warrior's heart ached at seeing the daughter she had given up to hopefully have a better Clan life - although now, seeing that ThunderClan was in charge with Ratnight, she knew what a mistake she had made. Oh, Sorrelpaw, I am so sorry, she thought, a brief look of sadness crossing her face. But seeing the ThunderClan apprentice standing strong, and staring down those who fought with Ratnight, pride swelled in her chest, and she knew that she had been able to pass her faith to her daughter, even if Sorrelpaw had no idea that her true heritage lay within RiverClan. Larkflight glanced to her side, at the SkyClan apprentice she had befriended and allied herself with. "Ready for round two?" she asked, making sure the off-white she-cat was okay. Ashenpaw's sides heaved as she forced herself to follow Larkflight and Grousestar. The young apprentice hadn't fought this much since play fighting in the SkyClan nursery all the way back at their old camp. Oh how she desperately wished those days were back. She hadn't been able to catch a glimpse of Cinderpaw this whole time, and sincerely hoped he was still among their growing ranks. Ears swiveling towards Larkflight, Ashenpaw met her gaze and nodded. "I'm ready," she agreeded, turning to look out among the crowd of mostly surprised ThunderClanners. She unsheathed her claws and let them sink into the soft ground below her, tensing her muscles and preparing for a fight. |
Re: ThunderClan's Liberation
Thrushwing looked at everyone in the clearing, she seems scared, the queen felt her fur shivering, the tortoiseshell she-cat tried to stay calm.

Re: ThunderClan's Liberation
Spottedstone stood with the Skyclan cats, his Riverclan scent had begun to fade, but he didn't care, when he got back to his clan it would return soon. He looked out at the confused Thunderclan warriors, his eye's darted to where he could smell the nursery, he made a mental not to keep all battles he would fight away from that area, the kits didn't need to be endangered.

Re: ThunderClan's Liberation
After brief hesitation, Dunedrift walked up to join Swiftwind with the StarClan supporters.
- Neko meowed, "Well, there's two StarClan believers." |
Re: ThunderClan's Liberation
Bellykit stood beside Thrushwing as they entered camp. He was surprised at the amount of SkyClan cats he saw. He quickly looked around trying to pick out who be a Dark Forest supporter.

(sure! c: ) Pricking her ears as she heard her denmate's question, Sorrelpaw glanced over at Sprucepaw. "They're here to free us!" she piped up, eyes flashing in relief. She wasn't too sure if Sprucepaw shared her strong belief in her warrior ancestors, or if her denmate was even going to fight alongside these newcomers. She sincerely hoped so; it hadn't sunk in until know that she might have to turn against some of her Clanmates and fight them to defend herself and her starry-furred friends. She stared at Sprucepaw for a moment longer, searching her gaze for any sign of loyalty to Ratnight and Fennelstrike, before shifting it to the SkyClanners. She had to fight with them - it was in her blood to fight alongside StarClan. |
Re: ThunderClan's Liberation
(Open) Aquapaw raced out of the apprentices' den, her fur bristling and teeth bared in a slight snarl. The young molly's eyes were wide. First the fire, now this? She thought in disbelief. She hated to admit it, but this cat- Grousestar, he called himself, had a point. She was all for StarClan, and against Ratnight, but she had a hard choice to make. With no idea who to fight for, she was no better than a rogue. She hated having to choose between two things, each choice had its ups and downs, but she was more used to being bullied and forced into a decision, which made it easier to choose the opposite of what they'd tried to make her do. So, if she were forced to fight for StarClan, she'd probably fight for Ratnight, and if she were forced to fight for Ratnight, she would probably fight for StarClan. That was just Aquapaw's nature. She did the opposite as she was told. She looked around in confusion, waiting nervously. |
Re: ThunderClan's Liberation
By this time, Foxclaw got a grasp of the situation. 'This is Skyclan? What is Skyclan? There is evil amongst us? WHERE?!' He looked around frantically, seeing if any will attack his clan. Little did he know, the situation was more complex then that. He decided to stay with the crowd for now, surveying the new group that came in Thunderclan who's title is Skyclan.

Re: ThunderClan's Liberation
Sprucepaw entered the battle scene, his brownie-black fur shiny. His eyes gazed across the battle, and he growled "Bring it on, Thunderclan!" He dashed forward, looking for a cat to fight.

"what side do you choose?" she asked in a dangerous voice her eyes moving to the kits and narrowing. the weak point is the kits. THEY MUST DIE! she thought feeling slightly bad but anger overwhelmed her and she unsheathed her claws. HOW DARE THEY live in such an easy life with friends and people who cared about them. while seawatcher had mostly nothing her whole life. her friend was in shadowclan. her other friend was a rogue, her rouge friends brother was in riverclan. it all made her so mad. |

Foxclaw felt a discomfort in his chest, but he ignored it, for some cats had been added to his 'Evil' list. "I SUPPORT STARCLAN AND THOSE WHO OPPOSE STAND AGAINST ME!" He eventually yowled.

Re: ThunderClan's Liberation
Neverpaw padded up next to Aquapaw, the young tom studying SkyClan with curiosity. He tensed up briefly, hearing Grousestar's words, and found himself nodding along. Ratnight... wasn't the best leader, he supposed. He believed in StarClan strongly, and nobody could take that away from him. Raising his head proudly, he stared up at Grousestar. "I fight for StarClan!" He declared, tail raised.

Re: ThunderClan's Liberation
(Open) Rivermist had walked into the clearing as Grousestar was talking. She felt her heart skip a beat, she supported Starclan, she had family hunting with them, but would she dare go against her own clan? What would they think of her. She stepped forward, continuing to walk until she stood at the front of these strange cats. "I am sorry, Thunderclan, I will fight for Starclan, but I am still loyal to this clan." She said, the scent of the strange cats flooded her senses, some she recognized of her clan, others of Riverclan or Shadowclan, most the odd scent of SKyclan. Spottedstone watched as the clan he was facing was divided, some staying with their own clan, others joining Skyclan to fight for Starclan. He nodded at the cats joining Skyclan, admiring their bravery. |

The RiverClan warrior glanced over at Swiftwing, a ThunderClannner who had decided to side with StarClan. A breath of relief left her lips and she glanced behind her at the mix of SkyClan, RiverClan, and now ShadowClan cats who had joined StarClan's plight. "I'm from RiverClan. They came to us first and defeated Bucknight. They're here to bring StarClan back into the warrior code. Are you with us?" she asked, her voice stern yet questioning; if the she-cat was going to fight for her Dark Forest minded leader, Larkflight had to be ready; she had to free her daughter's Clan from all of it's evil warriors. |
Re: ThunderClan's Liberation
She walked up to the Skyclan cats and silently stood beside them , at the back. She was not going to fight cats who support Starclan.

Even though Foxclaw was very confused of the situation, he continued yowling. "THOSE WHO DARE OPPOSE STARCLAN, YOU SHALL SLEEP SOUNDLESSLY" He yowled, not knowing half of what he was saying. He supported Starclan, and he would give his life for the ancestors.

Neverpaw was silent for a moment, his black pelt ruffling in the light breeze. He was quiet, and very concerned.

Aquapaw turned to look at the apprentice, her aqua hues cold and uncertain. The black furred apprentice looked up, then jumped slightly upon hearing his declaration. So many StarClan supporters.... She thought. She'd fought her brother in honor of StarClan as a kit, but she wasn't sure what to do now. She couldn't quite decide. “Why?” the molly asked, peering carefully at Neverpaw, her eyes questioning as she stood there, facing this Clan. She glared at the newcomers. They'd barged in and were now saying that they were going to rid ThunderClan of their leader. Who were they to do that to ThunderClan? She raised her head, her fur now flat. “I fight for ThunderClan!” she yowled, her eyes shining. She didn't move towards SkyClan, like many other ThunderClan cats were. She opened her jaws, about to accuse them of being traitors to their own Clan. |
