It seemed in both the toms lives things were going pretty hectic. Between the ever growing tension between Windclan and Thunderclan, how he almost got in a fight at a clan meeting, and things going on personally. He knew he should break it off with Honeypool, as she was in another clan, but it didnt help that Fallenstream was so cocky about it. The deputy made his blood boil, even the thought of him made his tail twitch irritably. But, thats why he offered Blazingstar to just get out the the clans and destress from everything. It seemed they both needed it. Their bonds have been getting closer and closer, and while when Fireflare was still joined at the hip with his brother, he usually wouldnt even consider other friends. But, this was an exception. His paws were now beyond the clan territory, no rules no regulations to uphold. Stress free. He had been out here before, and had a plan to go to a near by barn. he was sure Blaze had never been beyond clan land, which would be interesting. "Were almost there, when were close youll smell it."

Blazingstar had been invited by Fireflare, a feline he had recently befriended within the clan. The ginger tom had not been outside the territory before, but Fireflare had put out good points on why he should cross the borders. It was a rarity he did such a thing outside his comfort zones. He was strict about the warrior code and one rule stated not to cross borders, well something along the lines of that. Either way, this was beyond normal for Blazingstar. Fireflare was right though, he needed a break from clan duties, needed a break from the drama he was exposed to currently and what better way to do it! After all, the ginger feline was curious as to what Fireflare was talking about. Smell it before he saw it? How bad of a scent was it? What even was it? He had no idea, but deep down it was pretty happy to be out and about and doing things he loved growing up.

It felt weird being outside of the territory again, but he knew it was just what he needed. Even little things felt new, the way the grass sat under his paws, the way the trees leaves looked. It was all different, different scents coming to his nose and new sights to see. But as he kept walking a string smell came to his nose. It was something that could block out any other scent, something string that reaked both of two legs and animal. Pushing past a few ferns, Fireflare was greeted with a fence. "Were at a farm, it has lots of weird looking animals here but, its something new." the fence has big gapes in it, the ginger tom hopping through it easily until he was on the farm side. Green hues turned to look behind him, there were larged hooved animals currently eating grass. In different colors with large, wispy tails that smacked their sides when flies got to close. It was mid day but cloudy, no signs of two legs or any dogs. It was peace and quiet besides the small noises the hooved animals would make.

Blazingstar followed, more cautious than Fireflare. It was in his nature despite his adventurous personality. However, at the sight of the fence, that cautious persona went away into a more awe-stricken one. He gazed at the fence and peered past the ginger feline into the farm. There were strange animals, animals Blazingstar had never seen before. Ugly creatures. He thought to himself before studying them a little more. They didn't seem very predatory, making Blazingstar question something... "Are they edible?" he inquired. It was serious question, but a ridiculous one. These creatures were five times their size. Whatever Blazingstar was considering, it was ridiculous. Next, the stench caught his attention. Boy, did these creatures reek. This was not a scent he was familiar with and Blazingstar wasn't sure he wanted to get familiar with it. He wasn't sure he could get over the scent no matter how often they'd come visit this place. Another question had to be asked, just because it was habit now that he was leader. "Any two-legs come around here? Like, are they around?" he asked, a more hushed tone this time like they could hear him.

Fireflare snorted,"They are over double your size. Maybe edible for something besides a cat." he replied. He stepped forward and slipped under the fence of the two leg farm. It felt peaceful. There were no dogs, no two legs, no loud noises or busy chatter of the clan. It was quiet. "No, if they are they arent interested in cats. Nothing to worry about." of course Blazingstar would feel slightly on edge. Ever since becoming leader he seemed to be a bit on edge with everything when it came to his duties. And thats the reason he took him out here in the first place, to forget. "Onyxwhisper has everything under control back in Windclan, let loose mister leader." Fireflare didnt mean his words to offend, only joking of course and bowing his head with a grin. He turned back to the feild. It felt nice to get away from the clans, even if just for a moment. there he had to deal with Spireflare. It seemed people thought the twins didnt have a mind of their own, when they honestly did. And Fireflare wanted to prove that by not keeping up with his brothers explosive actions. Here he didnt have to worry about Honeypool or Fallenstream. he he wasnt a clan cat. here we wasnt a warrior. He cocked his head to give Blazing a side eye,"I know a water hole around here if youd like to take a look."

Blazingstar's whiskers twitched slightly at Fireflare's response towards his question. Though, truly, that was Blazingstar at his best, there was no doubt in that. After the warrior's next comment, Blazingstar snorted in return. Lifting a paw off the ground, he held it to his chest acting offended. "I'm never uptight, sir," he spoke, his eyes wide. "I'm very chill all the time, thank you," his paw turned to prod Fireflare as his leg let it glide through the air. Once his paw was on the ground, Blazingstar followed the warrior and instantly felt the difference of the earth beneath him. It didn't feel natural... or perhaps... too natural? He didn't know how to describe it, although he enjoyed it. He bounced around on the earth a little, allowing his fluffy pelt to bounce with his frame. Blazingstar then stopped at Fireflare's next suggestion. He thought for a moment about the idea of water before shrugging. "Why not, I need a drink," he replied.

When he felt the prod to his leg he turned back to give Blazingstar a playful glare. "Blaze, I dont think yelling at me during a clan meeting is very chill." he chuckled. The last time the two had seen eachother was when Blazingstar gave Fireflare and the other cat their punishment. And like a good warrior, he fufilled it. He couldnt say the same about the other. But with rising tension within all the clans he felt the leader needed a break. The area was clear, no trees, no cover, only long grass. It reminded him alot of Windclan back at home, only with a few hooved creatures here and there. In the dead center of the feild was a large watering hole, which shined under the daylight. "Dont think about anything but right now, here you arent a clan leader." the tom said. It was easier said then done, but it was possible to him. He kept trotting along the grass, it tickling between his toes as his fire like ginger pelt glowed under the sunlight.
