Freeze, a small tom who lives near The Ice Forest, has gone through many terrors. Having nearly lifeless eyes, he spends his days in near insanity. His story begins as a kit, where he had a dream of the forest. Yet what he didn't know was that the dream was truly an alternate universe, and he was seeing it for himself.

Having been six moons when the dream had happened, Freeze became petrified of even his own name, remembering the cold temperatures of that dreadful forest. He will not allow anyone to pass through the path needed to get to the forest, knowing the horror which lies within. Although seeming almost dead, he is rather lively when it comes to close friends and family. He will do anything for the ones he loves, and will save anyone from what he witnessed in that one dream.

Now being 23 moons, Freeze is still traumatized, yet will go along his day almost normally. His eyes still hold that lifeless, dull look to them, making him seem as if he were the living dead. He can assure anyone, he's not, as he had escaped that Hell in which he had entered. He does not speak of what had been encountered, instead breaking into a fit of trembling and shaking, a wild look coming upon his gaze.

His mother had passed away long ago due to sickness, his brother, Melt, moving to live with a pretty molly that had come as a lost traveler. All the while, Freeze stayed in his kithood den, seemingly a guardian of the blasted path in which he walked that dreadful night. The path to The Ice Forest, the place that had taken his father soon before his birth. He wanted revenge upon that forest, but knew it was to never come.

The lonely tom sits every day, his dull blue gaze watchful over the path. Seemingly distant, although agile and still reflexive, Freeze will immediately snap into a focused state as to ask what such a feline was doing on that path. He never wanted anyone to go through the fate he had, so multiple questions are asked until the feline gives up and stalks away, leaving Freeze to become lonely and distant again, as if he were a statue that was frozen solid.

Freeze paced back and forth unnaturally, sensing a panic attack approaching, as it does every morning, yet it felt stronger. More dangerous. With paranoia, PTSD and severe anxiety, having panic attacks was not a good thing. His tail whipped up and he glared at the path, his claws tearing into the soft ground. It had rained just enough to make the usually solid ground turn to a pleasant mush, but this time it only caused Freeze to act worse.

Why was he like this, a feline may ask. Well, he hadn't noticed a small kit pass by him upon the path, feeling overwhelming guilt as it coursed through him. Why doesn't anyone listen to the stories and stay away? It certainly wasn't difficult to just ignore the rumours, ignore the challenges for more prey, ignore what might leave anyone like Freeze: paranoid.

After the dream, Freeze had found that he couldn't be in utter darkness alone. He was terrified of the moon, of the thought of his father. Of anything that could simply remind him of what happened that one tiny night. He was alone, and it sure as Hell scared him.

He almost never slept, either guarding the path or just afraid to close his eyes for even a moment. Freeze had no friends, having stayed away from anyone other than to keep them away, not wanting to become attached to anyone, just to have them ripped from his grasp. He was exhausted.
