you first need to create a character- lots of us use character sites to keep their information easily accessible. I personally use Weebly, but I know others like Charahub, for one.

Then, you just ask people if they want to roleplay at all! i have a lot of characters sitting around gathering dust, so feel free to look at my character site and tell me if you want to roleplay with any of them!
