I'm a noob sometimes. How do I have a gif for my avatar?

It has to be a 100x100 size, you can always resize it by using websites like:
https://ezgif.com/resize

[paxil]

it doesn't have to be 100x100, i'm pretty sure it can be a max of 120x120, which is my profile picture size. it also doesn't need to be a perfect square from what i've seen
