How do I introduce my characters into the clans I want them in?
Do I have to pm the leader of the clan or post something somewhere, or what?

Is there a place where I need to put cat forms? Like a place for them to be tracked or seen, or something?

I am planning on making three cats, all begin as a loner/kittypet/rouge. One for Thunderclan, one for Shadowclan, and one for Skyclan. All having different rankings, Thunderclan cat--elder, Shadowclan cat--apprentice, Skyclan cat--warrior.

Welcome! There isn't really a place to put your characters to be tracked, but you can create a biography for them. It's in the biography forum.
As for introducing your cats, you don't need to message the Clan leaders, you just need to find someone to roleplay with. You can do that by going into Roleplaying Resources and saying what you're looking for. Hope that helped!

Welcome to WCO!

Under normal circumstances, you would not message the Clan leader unless otherwise instructed by the Clan News (http://warriorcatsonline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1091), but since your characters are starting as rogue/loner/kittypet, you will have to PM the leader to ensure this is alright. After gaining approval, proceed to request a ceremony for your cats so they can be recognized as part of the Clan. All ceremony threads are found in Roleplaying Resources (http://warriorcatsonline.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=18) and are "sticky" topics (near the top of the page) so you should have no problem locating them.

You can post character information in the Biographies (http://warriorcatsonline.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=43) area, store it on your profile, or put it into a character site.

Thanks to both of you for clearing that up for me.
