Kion turned. "Yes?"

Simba turned to Scar. "I don't know if I can do this." He replied.

Scar looked at him. "If you don't, then his army will take over the Pridelands."

"News report." Chaka said, shaking his fur out.
"Right." Kion padded to his side, gazing around the clearing. "A gazelle herd moved into the desert, and we've just captured three new slaves, and two more are expecting cubs."
"Excellent." Chaka looked thoughtful.

(He would if it meant everybody else was set free)
Simba stopped at the edge of the desert. "I mean. He's my son." He said. "I don't think I can."

Scar put a paw on Simba's shoulder. "If it helps, you can take Chaka and I can try to talk to Kion."

"What if it's the other way."

Scar shrugged. "You gotta do what you gotta do."

"Now come with me." Chaka shook his fur out and padded out of camp.
Kion glanced back and took a deep breath before following. "Yes sir."

Simba: *smacks head* YOU HAD TO SAY SOMETHING!

"Simba. I'm sorry." Scar said. "But this is now war."

Simba nodded. "I'm ready."

"Where did the herd g-- Oh look who it is." Chaka paused near the border, his gaze flickering from Simba to Scar.
Kion stopped beside him and stared at Simba, face blank.

Simba looked at Kion and his face froze. "And there they are."

Scar nodded. "Remember, we have to do this."

"Oh did you come for a fight?" Chaka sneered, padding forward closer to the border.
Kion followed him silently, not moving his gaze from his father.

Neither of them spoke. Simba never took his gaze off Kion.

"Because you'll get one if you did." Chaka stopped, grinning, and looked at Kion. "right, Kion?"
Kion looked at him, then at Scar, then at Simba. "Right."

"We just want the fighting to stop." Simba said. "This has gone too far. Both of our sides are too injured to continue this for much longer."

[Random Melody]

"Oh you want the fighting to stop?" Chaka laughed cruelly.
"Too bad." Kion's tail flicked. "Chaka, the gazelles."
"They can wait." Chaka smirked, looking from Simba to Scar.
Kion's jaw tightened, but he nodded slightly, his gaze right on Simba.
(Kion's reluctant. But he'll fight x3)

"The herd ran off that way." Simba said.
"And you're not getting them." Scar finished.

[Random Melody]

"Is that so?" Chaka smirked. "You say you want the fight to stop. But its just begun."
Kion sighed silently, closing his eyes for a moment before opening them and looking straight at Simba. "Precisely."

[Ainz Ooal Gown]

"Then I will put an end to this." Scar growled.

"And I as well." Simba added. Both unsheathed their claws.

[Random Melody]

"If you wont give in, then you can die." It was not Chaka who said the words, but Kion. The cub unsheathed his claws and sunk them into the ground, his gaze not leaving Simba.
"Spot on, Kion, spot on." Chaka unsheathed his claws.

[Ainz Ooal Gown]

"Nephew. We tried. Now it's time to end this."

Simba nodded in a growl.

[Random Melody]

Chaka shrugged. "Very well. Kion. Go."
Kion lunged at once, right for Simba.

Simba jumped back, ready for the attack.

Scar leaped for Chaka.

Kion backed up and closed his eyes, breathing heavily. Dad. Im sorry. He thought before lunging again, slashing his claws across Simba's face.
Chaka smirked and lunged, meeting Scar head on.

Simba took a few steps back to recover and bit into Kion's shoulder.

Scar clawed at Chaka.

Kion let out a soft yelp as he jerked back, flinching slightly. He shook his head and shot forward, ducking under his father and clawing at his stomach.
Chaka drew back before launching forward, his claws slicing down Scar's side.

Simba winced in pain and rolled out of the way.

Scar grinned and began to strike at Chaka with a variety of attacks.

"You know who taught me this move?" Kion breathed as he lunged again. He ducked under his father and twisted, kicking Simba across the ground with his back legs. "You did."
Chaka ducked, wincing slightly before lashing out, aiming for Scar's throat.

[Ainz Ooal Gown]

Simba growled. "I didn't think you would use it against me." Simba grabbed him and tossed him like he was nothing away from him.

Scar blocked with a paw and pinned him. "No mercy." He said, claws aiming for his throat.

[Random Melody]

Kion flinched as he landed hard, immediately pushing himself to his paws. "Neither did I." He stopped for a moment, staring at his father as he padded forward, claws still out. His chest was rising and falling quickly, a pained look in his amber eyes. "You think im doing this for me, dont you."
Chaka snarled and jerked back slightly. "Never mercy." He snapped, his claws lashing down Scar's face. "Never."

"No Kion. There has never been a doubt that you aren't doing this for you." Simba growled.

Scar screamed and stumbled back a bit. He aimed for Chaka's throat once again.

[Random Melody]

Kion shook his head vigorously, causing droplets of blood to fly everywhere and drop onto the ground. "He still has Kiara. He'll kill her if I dont listen to him. I.." His gaze drifted to Chaka for a moment before resting on Simba again. He took in a breath, chest heaving. "I bet your pretty disappointed in me, huh?"
Chaka blinked but couldnt dodge in time, and roared in pain as Scar got his throat.

"No." Simba said slowly standing up. "I could've saved you both. It's all my fault."

"See you in the afterlife." Scar grinned as he pushed his claws deeper into his throat.

[Random Melody]

"No." Kion shook his head, looking down at his bloodstained paws. He winced before looking back up. "This is my fault."
Chaka gasped for air, then lashed a paw out, raking his claws down Scar's shoulder.

"There you go again. Always blaming yourself." Simba said. "It's not always your fault."

Scar winced in pain, causing him to stop.

[Random Melody]

Kion looked up at his father, pain in his eyes. "Not always...But this time it is."
Chaka pulled back and kicked Scar away. "Weak." He rasped.

[Ainz Ooal Gown]

Simba shook his head.

"You're the one to talk." Scar stood up and looked at him.

[Random Melody]

"I knew there was going to be a fight. I knew it a long time ago." Kion breathed, looking over at Chaka and Scar. The cubs heart was racing. "But this isnt the side I expected to fight for. This isnt the side I wanted to fight for."
Chaka snarled. "shut up." He lunged for Scar.

[Ainz Ooal Gown]

Simba shook his head. "I will get you both out of this."

Scar took a step back, ready for the impact, but had is claws raised aimed for the throat once again.

[Random Melody]

"I dont think thats possible." Kion whispered as he watched Chaka and Scar. "He won. He won Dad....We lost...I lost." He looked down at his paws, running his paw over the ground. His voice dropped until it was barely audible. "I lost everything."
Chaka was able to dodge this time, and lunged, aiming for Scar's throat.

"One way or another son. I'm getting you out of this."

Scar dodged that one as well. "So slow."

[Random Melody]

Kion only shook his head.
Chaka snarled and spun around, slashing his claws down Scar's side. "Your one to talk."

Simba looked at the two fight.

Scar quickly turned and rammed him.

[Random Melody]

Chaka fell back with a snarl. He immediately leaped up, ready to lunge, but his gaze went to Kion. "What are you doing?! Fight!" He snarled at the cub before lunging at Scar again.
Kion flinched, but unsheathed his claws and looked up at Simba, hesitating.

"Don't do it Kion." Simba pleaded. "Join us and fight him."

Scar ducked and clawed Chaka's stomach.

[Random Melody]

(Huh. This just took an unexpected twist XD)
Kion closed his eyes, heart pounding so hard he thought it would burst through his chest. "I..." He flinched again, opening his eyes and looking at Scar and Chaka. He shook his head and closed his eyes again, feeling completely torn.
Chaka jumped back with a snarl, taking some time to recover before lunging again.

Scar had no time to dodge this one.

"Please. I don't want to fight you." Simba begged.

[Random Melody]

"I dont want to fight you either." Kion whispered, not opening his eyes. "I dont have a choice."
Chaka snarled, sinking his teeth into Scar's shoulder. "Shoulda given up when you had the chance."

[Ainz Ooal Gown]

Scar winced in pain and attempted to kick him off.

You do have a choice." Simba urged. "We'll get everybody out once this is all said and done."

[Random Melody]

"...." Kion opened his eyes again, watching Scar and Chaka before looking up at Simba. Nothing could compare to the amount of pain in his eyes. "But what if you dont?"
Chaka backed up for a moment before lunging again.

Simba shook his head. "Don't worry about me."

Scar growled and rolled out of the way.

[Random Melody]

"You sneaky little-" Chaka snarled and whipped around, but his gaze only landed on Kion again. "KION! I SWEAR!" He roared, lunging for Scar again.
Kion visibly flinched and shook his head, ears going back.

Scar rolled out the way again and getting to his paws. "Leave that boy alone."

Simba shook his head. "Don't."

(I soooo want to have Kion join Simba and Scar and make this a 3v1 But I cant XDDD Dang Simba why ya gotta be so convincing?!)
Chaka snarled and spun around. "You stay out of it." His face twisted into a sneer. "Its not like he's on your side anyway."
Kion flinched again. He looked at Simba, then at Chaka, looking uncertain.

"Don't get distracted!" Scar lunged for his throat.

Simba shook his head at Kion. "No."

[Random Melody]

"Oh shoot!" Chaka snarled and roared in pain, having no time to dodge.
Kion looked up at Simba, then at Chaka again. "I....Have to..."

"No you don't." Simba said. "Look. It's over now." He pointed to the other two.

Scar bit into Chaka's throat.

Kion stared at Chaka and Scar, eyes wide.
Chaka growled darkly, feeling his struggles growing weaker. He flinched before looking over at Kion. "Oh i'll be back for you." He hissed.
Kion stepped back, flinching.

(Dang Kion help him) Scar bit harder. "Die already."

Simba watched. "It's all over."

Chaka closed his eyes, growing weaker by the second.
Kion flinched.

Scar let go and took a step back and glared at Kion.

Chaka staggered back, opening his eyes and turning his glare on Kion as well. "What the heck is your problem, boy?! What do you not understand about 'fight'?!"
Kion flinched and backed up a little, ears flat.

"Why don't you die." Scar growled.

[Random Melody]

"Dunno." Chaka snapped, blood streaming down his chest. "Maybe you didnt do it right." He turned to Kion. "Kion. Fight. Or. Your sister. Dies."
Kion stared at him, eyes wide. He loooked at Simba, then Scar, then Chaka again, ears back.

""I'm tired of your voice." Scar charged at him again.

Kion gasped, ears flattening.
Chaka tried to dodge, but wasnt quick enough.

Scar rammed into his side. "This time. I won't stop until you're dead." He stood over him.

Chaka snarled and glared up at him.
Kion's eyes flickered from Scar to Chaka. He didnt know what to do. Who to help. Whos side to choose.

"No mercy." Scar repeated to himself again. "Never mercy in times of war." He lifted his paw to strike.

Chaka took in a breath that didnt come back out, and he went limp, his lifeless eyes staring straight at Scar.
Kion froze completely, eyes widening.

Scar lifted his blood stained paw. He looked at Kion and growled.

Kion stared at Chaka for a moment, then looked at Scar, blinking.

"I'm not about to take that chance."

Kion flinched slightly and looked down at his paws, unmoving.

Simba put himself in between them. "Scar no."

"Simba. Get out of the way."

Kion silently took a few steps forward, ears going back. "Just get Kiara out." He said quietly. "Thats all I want. Just get her out of the hell Chaka created."
Then suddenly Chaka shot up, shoving Scar to the ground and holding him there. "No mercy!" He laughed insanely, putting a paw over Scar's throat. "Never mercy!"
Kion gasped.

Scar gasped in surprise and tried to wiggle free. "Impossible! I killed you!"

"WRONG! You thought you killed me!" Chaka laughed. "I wont go down so easily!"
"Chaka!" Kion begged, stumbling forward. "Please stop this!"
Chaka snarled at him. "Stay out of this, cub! I'll deal with YOU later!"
Kion swallowed, glancing back at his father and looking at Scar. "No." He breathed.
"What." Chaka glared at him.
"No." Kion repeated, louder this time. Fear shone in his eyes, and his heart was racing, but he stepped forward regardless. "I've had enough of this. I wont let this go on any longer." He lunged forward and shot into Chaka, knocking him away from Scar.

"You little BRAT!" Chaka roared, pushing himself to his paws and storming toward Kion. "Who do you think you are?!"
Kion was terrified, but he stood his ground, standing in front of Scar and Simba and facing Chaka. He was gasping, chest heaving as he fought to breathe. "Do you remember?" He gasped out. "Do you remember when you were good?"

Scar and Simba only watched. Scar was more fight to catch his breath.

Chaka stopped walking. The question caught him off guard. "What?"
"You.." Kion shook his head, fighting to breathe. "You told me....You said you didnt want to kill.....You said you didnt want to be like him..."
Chaka's eyes sharpened.

Kion shook his head and padded forward. "You started something that you just couldnt stop. You turned the ones that you love into the angriest mob."
"And their one. Last. Wish is that you pay for it." Chaka spat, lunging.
"And theres. No. Way your getting outta this." Kion pushed away the fear and met him head on.

The two watched. "Let them fight." Scar said. "We need to get back."

"Your weak." Chaka spat, kicking Kion off of him. "Just weak."
Kion flinched before lunging, slamming his paws into Chaka's chest. "Maybe I am. But im not going to let you hurt my family anymore."
Chaka pinned him down, growling. "And your not gonna be able to stop me." He clamped his jaws around the cubs throat. "Im gonna end you and im gonna end you now."
Kion froze.
(Okay I think im good now xD I dont even know what that was. Eh, you said bring him back to life I was like, "Mkay". XDDDDDD)

"Nor do I want my nephew to die." Simba growled. "Let's go!"

Kion screamed in pain.

"Kion!" Simba lunged for Chaka, but was intercepted by Scar. "Let me go!"

"It could be a trap." Scar growled. (Which was what I was thinking. Also I'm slowly getting my voice back)

"He's killing my son!"

"Weak." Chaka drew his head back and raked his claws from Kion's throat to his stomach.
Kion coughed out blood, gasping for breath. "Screw....You..."
Chaka sneered before sinking his teeth into Kion's throat again.
Kion only gasped in pain, too weak to scream now.

"Kion!" Simba shook from Scar and rammed into Chaka.

"Dad?" Kion mumbled, closing his eyes as he fought to breathe.
Chaka scrambled to his paws, growling as he glared at Simba. "I'll kill you, too. But the cubs dying."

"Scar!" Simba turned to face him. "Please don't let him die."

Scar nodded. "I'll do what I can."

Chaka growled and stalked forward. "He's dying right here right now."
"Go to hell Chaka..." Kion murmured, not opening his eyes as blood trickled from his mouth and poured from his throat. "I'll see you there.."

Scar tried to stop the blood from escaping and closed his eyes after a while. "Sorry Simba."

Simba roared in rage and lunged at Chaka.

Kion mumbled something under his breath, putting a paw over his muzzle as his breathing slowed.
Chaka snarled and lunged, meeting Simba head on.

Simba roared in rage and clawed at Chaka.

Kion could feel himself growing dizzier as darkness washed over him like a wave, but he forced his eyes open to watch. "Dad....Get him..." He whispered to himself.

"Shh." Scar said. "Don't say anything."

Simba dodged and aimed for his throat.

Kion swallowed and nodded, eyes closing briefly.
Chaka dodged and slashed his claws down Simba's shoulder.

Simba yowled in pain and lunged at him, pinning him.

Chaka hissed, glaring up at him silently.

Simba raised his claws. "This is for my son!"

"You can die as well!" Suddenly Chaka lashed his claws forward, sinking them into Simba's throat.
"NO!" Kion tried to stand, but only fell hard onto his side. He shook his head, gasping for breath. "Dad!"

Simba gasped for breath. He looked at Chaka, eyes wide.

"Dad." Kion breathed, gasping. "No. No!"
Chaka launched up and soved Simba to the ground, putting a paw over his throat. "Time to end you."

Simba struggled to roll away and attempted to kick and push him off.

Kion's heart stopped for a split second, eyes widening with horror.

Simba's thrashing was growing weaker and weaker as he attempted to push him away the last few times.

Chaka laughed cruelly. "Night, night~" He sang, pushing his claws deeper into Simba's throat.
Kion was silent was he watched, tears streaming down his face, but he didnt have the strength to interfere or speak. Im sorry. Im sorry.

Simba slowly went limp as his lifeless eyes stared at him.

"Simba!" Scar yelled.

Kion choked out a sob, closing his eyes.
"Now for you." Chaka drew his paw back, then turned and headed straight for the cub.

Scar yelled in rage and grabbed Chaka and threw him away with amazing strength.

Chaka snarled in pain and leaped to his paws, glaring at Scar. "You wanna die, too?! Because either way, the cubs DYING!"

"You have to get to him to get to me." Scar snarled.

Chaka sneered. "And I can."

Chaka snarled and whipped around, aiming for Scar's throat. "Either way, im getting Kion, and im gonna kill him."

"It's a shame you won't." Scar stopped his attack with just one paw and shoved him to the ground.

Chaka bared his teeth, glaring up at him.

"You do not know who I am cub." Scar growled.

"Im not a cub." Chaka jerked his head toward Kion. "He's a cub."

(The evil of Scar is coming out) Scar laughed as he felt him strike him. "Oh you couldn't be more wrong. I am the lion who gives others nightmares. You don't believe me? If my nephew was alive, he'd tell you. If Kion could speak right now, he'd tell you." He stood and unsheathed his claws. "I'm about to become yours right now."

"Mhm." Chaka pushed himself to his paws, grinning.

Scar sighed in annoyance. "Then do it. I've obviously not scared you one bit. Ive never seen anybody not scared of me." He sat down waiting.

Chaka lunged and lashed out a paw, claws aiming for Scar's throat. "Im scared of NOBODY!"

Chaka growled and slashed his claws across Scar's throat. "Your death will be painful. and then the boys."

"Then the boy's will be what?" Scar asked opening his eyes and looked at him. "You haven't even killed me."

"Once I do." Chaka sunk his claws into Scar's neck slightly. "The boys death will be even more painful."

"Again. You have to kill me first."

Chaka stared down at him. "Why arent you scared of me?!" He roared, frustrated. He pulled back, flicking blood off his claws. "Everyone I know is terrified of me!"

Scar stood and shook the blood off him not saying anything.

Chaka stared at him in silence, eyes dark.

Scar sunk his claws into Chaka's back, keeping him where he was.

Kion squeezed his eyes shut, tears streaming down his face. Im so sorry. This shouldnt have happened. I never meant for this to happen.

Scar finally went limp.

"Now its your turn." Chaka sneered, turning and padding toward Kion with his claws out.
Kion's ears flattened against his head, but he didnt move.

"I told you very clearly, that in order to get to Kion, you'd have to kill me first." Scar stood up and looked at him.
