whenever i try to go to warriorcatsonline.com, i'm given a message saying "this account has been suspended. contact your hosting provider for more information." i can use this site just fine on my phone, but i'd rather not have to type on it.

That's a local cache issue.

It should resolve itself eventually, but if you'd like to try flushing the DNS cache (http://www.techiecorner.com/35/how-to-flush-dns-cache-in-linux-windows-mac/) and then doing the same for your browser cache (http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/), that might help.

Same here- the only way to access is either my glitchy-as-hell phone or my sister's virus-ridden laptop which I'm not allowed on in the first place ;w; rip me

It's not something we can change on our end, and aside from the methods mentioned above, there's nothing that you can do either.

This is a problem with your ISP--we've been told it should clear up within a month, but if it doesn't, you'll have to contact them.

Its been more than a month for me, but I have no clue what an ISP, who my ISP is, and how to contact them

Internet Service Provider. The company that provides your access to the Internet.

As for contacting them, you'll have to find that on your own (probably a quick Google search away.)
