I can't use the Chat Box because whenever I put in my username for 'name,' it keeps saying it's protected. Why?

Try putting in your password in the tab profile after putting in your name

If you've already got a chatbox account, just click the "profile" link that is hidden around the "go" button. Then it'll take you to the chatbox website where all you will need to do is put in the password for your chatbox account. However, if you do not already have one, click "profile" then it should take you to where you can create an account but make sure your name is similar to your WCO name so staff and users can find you easily.
