Bank Drawings and voting in Monthly Kudos

I looked it up in the FAQs, and I still don't understand. Do these things only happens at a certain time? Please explain Xs

Monthly Kudos: In the Site Information section there are a bunch of threads commonly reffered to as OTMS. They are Ship of the Month, Non-Rom Ship of the Month, and Roleplay of the Month. Click any of them. Then, just read the original thread post, and you should be good to go! ^^

Bank Drawings are referred to as the lottery. They happen approximately every two months. When they're active, a notice is put up and you can purchase a ticket in the Donations and Drawings.
