If you need help, Ask. But, I do not know when Gatherings are. So, thats one thing i do not know.

Gatherings are held about every month and are a time when Clan cats are free to interact, despite their home clan. They're about the same as in the books, other than the fact that leaders roleplay in a different location so that their posts aren't hidden.

Not quite.

Gatherings are every three months. The 'different location' is just a thread specific to leaders so their posts aren't buried and it's easier for everyone to keep track of the announcements / clan arrivals.
